The email below has been sent to SA GOLDCOINS Exchange and it will provide some background.

I have been holding goldcoins with this company which I decided to send towards the end of April. I had to wait for 30 days for payment which expired last week on Friday (14 June 2024). I have been doing follow ups and finally last week it was promised that the money will be paid by the due date as agreed. No payment was made. Suddenly my emails are being ignored and nor even acknowledged from everyone including their customer care; the same people who provided a firm date after complained of the payment. They had sent an email conforming the firm date of 14 June 2024.

All my emails were ignored from Friday 24, calls go through but no further details are provided than confirmation that yes the money was supposed to be paid. I sent emails today and they are still being ignored and a call went through and I was told that the management will be informed about the payment.

Basically, I am being ignored and payment is not coming through. I just need this money to be paid urgently as agreed. The have my coins and we agreed on how much they but them for. I will attach documents as well.

THE EMAIL BELOW HAS BEEN SENT AGAIN BEFORE I WROTE THIS COMPLAINT.

Good evening (sent to [protected]@sagoldcoin.com)

I am dismayed at the unprofessional way in which I am being treated by your company. You do not only fail to pay me in time as agreed but my emails are totally ignored. I made telephonic enquiries as well but I still remain unpaid and no one explains why.

Just go through the email below which indicates that payment was supposed to have been made last week on the 14th. I called again this morning and there is no clarity as to why payment has not been made.

You company puts be in a difficult financial situation where I now have to pay a lawyer to make a formal legal demand after which summons would have to be issued for an agreed payment of R95 000.

If payment is not received in my account by tomorrow morning (19 June 2024), a formal letter of demand will be issued followed by summons. I have already submitted a review on this kind of treatment to HelloPeter; which you will receive and I am looking for other available platforms to do the same.

I am extremely shocked at your service and wonder whether its only me or this is the treatment to all your clients.
