Sabertooth Auctions review: Scam - unethical business practices

I have been dealing with sabertooth auctions (jeremy spencer) , for a few years without issue, I now have a major issue with this merchant. I purchased an "authentic" tiffany necklace (as it was advertised as authentic) upon looking at the item (after waiting 5 weeks for it to arrive) it was very obvious that it was a fake, I have my jeweler look at the item and even took the item to tiffany's and it was fake, after contacting jeremy spencer, he advised that indeed it was fake and he would refund my card. I have tried for over 5 weeks to contact him regarding my credit card refund, (which he agrred to do that day) , I have heard nothing, no response to email, voice mail always full.

I am now dealing with my credit card company, the bbb, and I have also consulted with my lawyer regarding this as I have multiple emails verifying all the facts in this situation... do not do business with this man or sabertooth auctions, he has just lost a good customer who always paid immediately, and zero customer service, they stand behind nothing they sell, take your money and gone...
