I took the personal financial management course with this company. They claimed that the certificate would be sent over immediately after completing the course. After an hour of waiting I called the company, and was greeted by a rude and nasty customer service representative who told me the certificate would be generated when they got around to it. I ended up taking the course with another company. After three days, the certificate came in my email, I would recommend you stay away from this company.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Had Similar issue with Sage, used debtorwise.org for second course much better customer support
Had Similar issue, took second course with debtorwise.org much better customer service received in less than an hour after I completed course
DebtorWise.org SCAM. They just are just as bad. They offered no support and my certificate took nearly a week to get to me. There are other options out there, I would not use either of these companies.

Customer support an excellent attorney portal. I can get my clients certificates immediatly. I used sage at first and had nothing but complaints. Since I send people to debtor wise I get happy satisfied people

We offer an attorney portal that provides certificates 24/7 as well. I do not see that Mr. Condon has ever used our company, but if he gave us a try, we would be sure to help his customers as best we can.
