Sai World Travels Inc. review: Non-payment of services rendered 14

SaiWorld travels did something similar to me. I booked airline tickets worth 6550 . They never issued the tickets no refunded the money even after 2 months. Making false promises nothing else. On complaint to Attorney general he has refused to respond saying that his attorney will handle it now.

SAI WORLD TRAVELS INC IS A FRAUD . They cheated me for my parents tickets. I booked ticket through these cheaters for 9/06/2015 travel date . On June 2nd 2015 I made the transfer to the account provided by one santosh from saiworld travels.The tickets was emailed to me by stating its the etickets. Before travelling 74 hrs before I called the Lufthansa airways to verify and they told that the tickets are just booked and not confirmed.I called the SAIWORLD cheaters and they were giving me technical error reasons and promising me that they will fix the issue and get the tickets issued.They never respond to my calls nor emails my 2402 dollars hard earned money is gone.I will make sure that these cheaters either pay me the money back nor i will trace these cheaters by hook or crook .

I am in same situation. 1 adult and 2 children one way trip from India to USA ticket money was not refunded. Amit Singh gave me all kinds of excuses, false promises etc. It was mental agony. I will never trust Sai World Travels Inc again. They created all kinds of issues. All lies and false promises when it comes to refunding the money.

Adding to my statements above, Sai World Travels Inc booked round trip tickets but cancelled 1 adult and 2 children tickets from India to USA with a promise to get us a different airlines so that port of entry for my wife and kids will be in Detroit instead of Chicago as I stay in Michigan. But neither new tickets nor refund was given to us for already paid tickets so far. Travel date was in August 1st week. i.e. last month. In my view all they do is false promises and lies. They cheated me of my money. Pure mental agony.

I was also cheated by these crooks and their primary objective is to cheat the public out of our hard earned money, he should be thought a lesson. since he is living in the State of Michigan all Michigan residence should got to the local attorney general's office and the local police and FBI and make a complaint agains him personally and his fraudulent organization.
I wish all the innocent peole who has fallen victim to this crook, the best of luck in recovering their monies
please dont let this be, pursue it to the fullest extent of the law.

I been trying to reach the number provided since last 3-4 days. I paid 1250 and nover got the ticket I will suggest lets form a group and share details so we can take some action against them

Friends, please do not get scammed by Sai World Travels, Troy, MI. I lost 1200$ & my friend lost 2400$ as they issued us blocked tickets rather than the actual ticket. I didn't bother to check it as me & my friends had booked tickets in the past from the same agent; so trusted them. We made bank transfers as they didn't accept credit cards so can't even track back now as it was booked 3 months back.They have a non-occupied office in Troy, MI but all the connmen work remotely from India. These men are behind this whole SCAM - Amit Singh, Santosh Chary, Sreenath, Jaison. Please spread this message as much as you can so that no one else fall in their trap.

I have a little different story but with a little silver lining. I came into contact Santosh when he was working with Indian Eagle Travel agents last year. When I called this year, he told me that his cousin has Sai World Travel in Troy and he can help me to book two tickets to India and back via Lufthansa in economy while going and busness class while returning. The dates were Nov 2nd to leave and Dec 1st to return. My wife paid the charges via her Amexp card in Jan' 30, 2015. Santosh issued two tickets with seat assignments. I later checked the booking no on airline's website and every thing looked O.K My wife later called Santosh in India few times about the seat allocations which were too far in the plane and he told her that he cannot change them since Lufthansa issued the tickets. On Oct'23rd, my wife called Lufthansa to reconfirm the flight and to her shock, they told her the seats originally assigned were no longer available since Sai World never reconfirmed the eticket with them in which case they would have asked Sai to pay USD.140/ four legs of travel for two. She called Sai World Travel immdly at their toll free no and Santosh in India to have this matter settled but the phones were off and they did not return my messages. They apparently wentout of business along with their merged partner Desitravel. To secure the seats. she immdly paid that amount and got the new ticket issued with correct information. The next development shocked us and should everyone else !
When printed the new ticket, the return trip which was Dec'1st meddled with by Lufthansa. The ticket showed only the second leg i.e from Frankfurt to Orlando but the first leg was eliminated. My wife immdly called Lufthansa to clarify but they dodged the issue by asking her to contact the reall booking agent viz Mills-Run Travels in New York. By then, Lufthansa cancelled the total flight of Dec 1st without notifying us. My wife immdly called Mill-Run to have the problem fixed. They discussed the issue with Lufthansa and got my flight for Nov 30th and since there were no seats avialble until Dec ' 7th and we accepted it since it was conveninent. This is a sideshow of Lufthana and nothing to do with Sai World Travel. After I return, I intend to file a complaint with Lufthansa in New York asking them to compensate me with usd.500/ for arbitrarily cancelling the flight and for not offering an alternative date until Mills-Run intervened.
