This company placing an adverdisemnet everyday at gulfnews which is " Tamil Speaking video editor required for Tamil TV channel in dubai". If some one contact this tv channel they will say " meet in persion". Immidiately candidates will allowed to work in this company to prove their ability. but they will never recruit. 4 or 5 days the candidate need to work. If asking about recruitment they wil said " you have to pay XXXXAED for visa". So jobseekers who on visit visa don't waste days. They are running their company in the help of foolish jobseeker

Hi to who so ever posted this above complaint, please don't make a fool of yourself by posting such complaints because it shows your insecurity and you are a disgruntled employee.
When a company recruits a candidate for a particular post (in the above case video editor) or any job which involves technical or IT skills, the Company has all the rights to select a candidate or reject a candidate depending upon the skills or qualification that the candidate holds. So every Company should test the candidate’s ability to prove that he or she is suitable for that particular job. It is necessary that the candidates should be given a probation period for a week or more to access. Each Company has quota of visas that it can provide to its employees and the Company can not waste the quota of visas on a less talented candidate. Instead the Company can choose the best candidate for the position open and spend AED 8, 000/- or above to provide the work visa.
These people are placing this advertisement for a long time. I was monitoring this. since I am also a video editor seeking for a Job.. as I know this is repeating more than 1 year ( no body can say no records can be taken from the gulf news classifields department). what this is means? they couldnt find a video editor? or they dont want to keep one editor permanantly? so they dont have to pay the salary and no need to arrange the Visa? from my point of view they have found several good video editors.. but they were used for 2 months and sent back to home country .. poor editors spend their own money for visa and air ticket alll the way from our country (india) and go withot any thing in 2 months... and the blame is on the Video editor... and very soon the Owner and the Business Developement Manager ( Lady ) will get the punishment for this heartless activity they do.

The guy named Rafeek Alias Kalaianban. You can refer the name.
Yes Sangamam TV is fraud TV Channel, Kalaianban - owner of sangamam tv. first his character is not good. he keep appointing candidate for job, he asked to work for 3 months, no salary, no visa, no accmodation, no food. finally he will say bye bye. channel name is not good in Middle East. Mrs. Radhai worked in marketing and did all the marketing work for the channel, finally no payment. He alwasy take money from each and everyone but he never pay, example Mr. Shah (Printing press), Mr. Thimothy and many more. He appointed one Editor (he is relative of Mr. Govindarajan - Sivestar bhavan), he worked for few months. No Salary, he is not giving his passort. He is sturggling. Please don't go to Sangamam TV, please educate your friend not to go and join these type of organization.

Hi there. Yes, the information about the t.v channel is true. Its really fraud channel. I too went for an interview for Tamil speaking anchor in Sangamam t.v. The owner Mr. Kalaianban also fraud and not good in character. I realise the truth and came back from there with two days of work. Be aware, Please friends don't go there.
