Santa Squad LLC review: I want my money back for the lights they scammed us to purchase. 1

This company was great to work with last year to get the initial deal done and get you on the hook to buy their lights. The 2nd year has been a total nightmare. They have scheduled 2 appointments, the no showed no call. We had to take time out of work to be home. They never called to reschedule and when my wife did a guy named Doug was very rude to her.

I would not use this company ever. They're nice until they get the initial deal done. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
