On June 11th, 2021, (I paid $4000.00) dollars and hired (Shana Wiles) from Sapphire Time share cancellation services. Phone (407) 362-7859 to begin the Time share cancellation. I was assured it could take up to 8mths. I was informed by Ms. Wiles to stop making any more payments as the Timeshare Company used false tactics and misleading statements with respect of the sale for the timeshare. I was informed to send all billing statements to her company which I did. It is now 2023 and now Sapphire no longer corresponds to any texts or
Emails, they do not answer any phone calls. They do not respond to any voice left messages. I have received no status on my case. I am asking for assistance, contacting this company or a full refund since they did not do as they said about cancelling the Timeshare.
Desired outcome: Either Sapphire Timeshare Cancellations services notifies me of the pending case status or refund my money for non-fulfillment of an agreed contract.
