Bev Gun-Munro hired us to design a brochure for savearescue.org. After multiple revisions based on extremely vague and disorganized feedback and telling us we were about done with just some small image tweaks remaining to update she refused to pay. At this point she had all the work in hand. After explaining that scamming contractors is not good business practice, she offered to pay 50%. We agreed for no reason other than to move on from this awful relationship. She never paid. She later approached us first claiming that we never started work and must have her confused, then again claiming her "board" didn't allow her to pay. To date we received nothing.

Desired outcome: We want to be paid for services rendered.
