Unauthorized charges for services I DO NOT WANT!
I do not have a specific date/time, only that it was approximately 30 days ago.
Their customer service representative was a foreigner with a VERY heavy & barely intelligible accent who refused to let me speak to a supervisor.
Cancel my membership IMMEDIATELY!

Desired outcome: Cancel membership IMMEDIATELY!!! I want any & all future attempts to charge money to my paycard to be blocked from proceeding!! I want a response from Savings Zoo guaranteeing I will not be charged.
