Savory Corporation review: Wrongful termination, intimidation

On Friday, September 30, 2022, a family member that was an acquaintance of the Savory Corporation in Utah, came into Via313 in Lehi where they were celebrating a birthday party. This group attempted to bring in outside food and didn’t like to hear the word, “no”. When we explained why we couldn’t bend these rules, on top of not taking reservations, the group became rude and mistreated their server, and threw it in her face that, “she’d be sorry” for not breaking the rules, and health dept. regulations. Every time the server had to tell them that we couldn’t do this by law, they got more rude. To top it all off, this group then told their “connection to our corporation “ that the server was so rude and ruined their daughters birthday, without telling them how rude and entitled they were, because they “knew someone from Savory.” This server was demanded to be terminated from the higher bosses in the corporation, when she is such an incredibly nice, soft spoken person, who probably had to go cry in the back multiple times due to the mistreatment from this group. This server gets walked on and taken advantage of often, and always has a smile on her face. She doesn’t deserve this.
