I HAVE ORDERED 1 BOTTLE OFGARCINIA COMBOGIA SELECTFROM THE ABOVE COMPANY ONLINE ON THE 3RD JAN 2013 AND TODAY IT"S THE 7TH JAN 2013. THE AD PROMISED TO DELIVER WITHIN 2DAY, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY PRODUCT YET. I HAVE BEEN DEBITED R517.98 AND109.89 A TOTAL OF R627.87. I SCANNOT GET HOLD OF THEM AS IM NOT LIVING IN THE US IM IN SOUTH ARICA

I DID SENT THE SAME COMPLAINT EARLIER BUT MADE MISTAKES WITH THE ACTUAL YEAR. THIS IS THE CORRECT DATE OF PURCHASE

I ordered on 1 Jan 2014 and still nothing today is 28/01/2014. they deducted R1293.00 from my credit card. Tried calling the US number and you hold on forever! What could we do?

I ordered on the 1st Jan14 still waiting 30/01/14.
I received a call from them a few days later checking I did place an order & notifying me what amount would show up on my bank account, I was assured they would be delivered within a couple of days
Still waiting will now contact the bank.

My name is Patricia e I am from Brazil. I bought the Youth Kit on Jan 20 2014 to be delivered at the hotel I stayed in Miami. But I did not receive it. My problem is that I cannot find where I put the order and I remember that I apply to be a SBP Beauty Member.
Anyone could help me with the phone or e-mail where I can contact them?

I ordered the youth kit, free trail and I was charged 3 times for shipping and handling for 2 products. I was told that information would be in the shipping package about the "Club" and the trial time. Nothing was in the package with the product. Now I have 3 charges on my card, 2 for 65.94 and one for 39.47. Really odd amounts but again 3 charges for 2 "free" trial products. My bank said they can't dispute the charges, I have to call the company for an RMA number and pay a restocking fee. I have tried calling the company several times and just get a message that they are now closed. Even though I am calling during business hours. I have tried the email provided at their website but it is going to a Gmail account. Not a company web site. What can I do now?

I ordered 3 bottles of Garrison Combogia back in January the 17th still have not received my product, how do we contact these people.

I too ordered 3 bottles and was charged twice one $90.05 and the next day $92.25 I finally got a hold of them today and all she could say was there was only one charge to my account she wouldn't listen to meat all I don't know what to do I have been charged for something I haven't even received yet and twice. Anybody who could help would be much appreciated I feel like crying

I have ordered 2 bottles of Garcinia Combogia on 23rd December 2013 my credit card has been debited of $111.71 from this company and to this day have not received my product. I have tried to find an address, email or number to contact to no avail any help would be much appriecated.

I finally got a hold of somebody but she could only tell me that they only charged my account once and that it could be one of their suppliers she said they have hundreds so it as up to me to track the number for whichever one of their hundred suppliers debited my account. She was so rude it was discusting she kept saying to me I am not listening to her but trust me I listened to her explain to me they only charged my account once and she managed to say it to me four times. I will never make that mistake again. I did three days ago receive my item but still paid for it three times over.

On the 03/03/2014, 02/04/2014 and 02/05/2014 you used my debit card to take out $23.07, $22.32 and $22.24 from my account. On the 9/05/2014, I made an order for 6bottles of Provilluis which costs £57.77 about $ 95.52. They took money from my credit card on the 9/05/2014. Since then i have tried to get in touch with them but to no availe. I called their number once and a young man picked the call and said they are a different company, and that they did not take my money and that my order had an error.
I think this guys are criminals and need to be reported to the right authorities which i am taking up at present. I am getting to the very bottom of all this and all those involved in this scam will account for. i guess they have come the wrong way.
i urge them to get back to me before the net closes on them.

I have also ordered 6 bottles of Garcinia Cambogia on 26 May 2014, R1344 was deducted from my account, but until today no product neither any response from them. I would like to know if any of the above people received the stock or have contact details where I can contact this company.

OK, I have just realised I have been scammed!
Against my better judgement I ordered this miracle weight loss pill, why? I new is was a scam!
Anyway, I have checked my credit card statement and I have been debited approx $50 in a few transactions, it should have been $6.99.
I tried to call the telephone number supplied, however it doesn't connect.
So, I have called my credit card company and told them to refuse any further requests for payment to them.
I'm about to post VERY negative comments on the website I bought from (lets hope it doesn't get removed)
Oh and I haven't received anything in the mail!

I am also one of the victim. story similar to the ones posted here. i have reported this fraud with http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx let's file complains through the same hotline.

I ORDERED A BOTTLE OF PROVILLUS FOR WHICH I WAS CHARGED $63.90 (£38.00 UK) ON 4TH AUGUST 2014. SUBSEQUENT CHARGES WERE MADE AS FOLLOWS - $14.97 (£8.90 UK) ON 5TH AUGUST, $14.97 (£8.98) ON 18TH AUGUST, $14.97 (£9.23) ON 16TH SEPTEMBER. THESE AMOUNTS RELATE TO SOMETHING CALLED " DISCOUNT EXPLORER" BUT I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA TO WHAT IT REFERS! TO DATE, I HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING, ALTHOUGH AFTER A PHONE CONVERSATION WITH THIS COMPANY SOME 12 DAYS AGO, I WAS INFORMED THAT A REPLACEMENT WOULD BE SENT OUT - ONCE AGAIN NOTHING HAS ARRIVED!
I CAN ONLY ASSUME I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED BY THIS ORGANIZATION, BUT AS I LIVE IN THE UK AND CANNOT REACH THESE PEOPLE, CAN YOU GIVE ME SOME SUGGESTIONS AS TO HOW I CAN PROCEED AGAINST THEM?

I made a order it was for a free trail the very next day they went and took out $56 from my bank account i called them up and got my money put back the customer rep i spike with said this wont happen again that he canceled our information from there system. On the following friday i look at my account and they took out another $85.16 so i calked them back i was on the phone arguing with them to refund my money they kept saying no its not possible called me a lier saying i never canceled the first order it came down to that i told them if they dont refund my money i was calling Better Business Bureau as soon as they heard that they said o.k we will put the money back and still i lost $6 for the s & h this company are thieves please do not do business with them they will go in our account with out you knowing about it...thieves. .. thieves ..thieves

I too returned a product and have not yet received credit. I tried to call the number [protected] for customer support, and found the number is no longer in service or has been disconnected. There was no forwarding number mentioned. My card was charged $85.94. I put in a dispute to my card charged, so we will see what happens. I am thinking to go to Better Business Bureau to also put in a complaint about this company. It might not even matter, if they've already closed their doors. Hmm...I too will see if they're web site is still up. Will text back an update.

I purchased a product from this company on 22nd June 2015. I am in England and I paid £11.74pfor my product. I received my product but then they keep taking cash from my credit card, we are now at 19th January 2016 and every month since June 2015 there has been a transaction from my credit card totaling £83.20p, I wouldn't mind if i was getting some product for it but I realise now this is a scam.
