Scooter Title review: Not been on time

I order a 150cc Super Sport Scooter Moped, I got the scooter on 05/04/2020 the day after, I request the title for my scooter, it's been already a month when their advertisement stated that it takes 2 to 3 weeks for me to receive the title. I have made a few calls and they stated that my title was on the way today is 06/20/2020 and there is no title. las week I called on 06/16/2020 and the customer service guy I asked again when I was going to get my title so I could finally register my scooter, and all he said was said that all I need to know is that it's on the way, he did not explain what was on the way, I did not know if he was talking about the same thing, I tried to ask if he was talking about the scooter title but again all he said was all you need to know its that it's on the way. I was very upset he did not have the courtesy to explain the reason why the titles were late. I had read many complaints about this company many people are disappointed with their service, I even read that they were sued and that they changed their company so they could not be sued, all I want is for my scooter title to get here as soon as possible so I can finally register it and drive it. without a license plate, I can't drive it.
