This guy, Scott J Ferrell we had hired for a class action case. He sold himself really hard, which gave us pause. He talked big, but seemed to lack substance. We provided him with information he asked for, and he came back telling us that he was not sure that our case was strong enough, but wanted to think about it, suggesting that he was not saying no, but was not overly excited due to the perceived challenges, as he explained. Well, we switched to another lawyer, after he sent us a retainer, which was a joke (make sure you read yours carefully if you ever get that far with Scott J Ferrell). Our new lawyer settled the case in our favor, and we could not have wished for a better outcome. Ferrell is a weak lawyer, in our experience.

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I sued this guy's client last year and he came back and threatened me and my client. We eventually just dropped the case because it wasn't worth it.
When Scott ran for Congress, I voted for him. I wish he would have stayed in Congress rather than becoming a lawyer.
Scott Ferrell is a failed Mormon, failed father, failed husband, and utter ###. Yes, it is truly a sad state of affairs when a person devoid of any dignity and self respect has a license to practice law. He tries to bully uneducated people and small businesses with a sense of impunity and entitlement that only a coward and a sociopath can muster. He shamelessly promotes himself with fake reviews, and exaggerated list of accomplishments. In other parts of the world he would have been executed, but he goes on like a petty ambulance chaser promoting his services. We know Scott as an utter failure in his career and in his personal life. If you are looking for a real plaintiff's trial lawyer, think twice before you engage this low life.
The previous poster is pretty much exactly right although Mr. Ferrell is Jewish and does not have any children. He thinks that because companies like Google and Exxon hire him to do their dirty work and because he lives in a beachfront mansion in Corona Del Mar that he can be a bully. He is also obese and tried out for biggest loser because he is so overweight. I would like to take a lock of his long blonde hair and tear it off and send it to his mother if she were still alive!
Scott Ferrell is a true gentleman and a classy individual but he is not a lawyer. He owns a convenience store in Tustin and spends his weekends feeding the homeless.

He’s suing my business that I just started for $80k because my website wasnt ada complient. little does he know, I’m homeless with no money and he’s sitting in 6mil beach house on the big island in Hawaii trying to extort the little guy. guess i shouldnt of made my website so nice.
We’re offering gift cards to come up with attorney fees and a go fund me because we didnt expect to have to pay for attorneys. the worst i ever did was run over a few sprinkler heads that cost me $8 to replace. Not $80k
