Scott W Wellman is a reckless hack. He took the retainer, did no work, and had one of his 1st year, incompetent (equally incompetent) associates interevene with preschool quality work, and billing like you would see at Baker & McKenzie. Wellman & Warren claim to be a multi-level law firm, but seems that this firm of two lawyers and 3 contract attorneys with minimal to no experience, is taking anything where they can gouge some cach out of a hard working person. I plan on filing a bar complaint and suing Scott Wellman for malpractice.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Scott W Wellman of Laguna Hills is a horrible ### of a lawyer. he is an ambulance chaser who has been screwing weak people his whole life. The evil that he has caused is now coming back.
