Scottsdale Mint review: Buyer verification

As a customer for years, I was trying to make a purchase. After I pushed summit order, I was kicked out, says I need verification, driver's license ECT. Well I have never seen this before and I purchase almost monthly. Buy the time I try to enter my credentials my shopping cart go empty, because of a limit time on my item. I couldn't purchase. I have sent two emails about this, trying to get information. No response. There apparently so big now, they rather lose business than send a email. Unbelievable!
