I had purchased two tickets for the match with Mallorca Vs Barcelona for 26th September @ 21:30 I called at 15:28 to inform that I have not received the tickets as yet as was informed this is normal and I should get something through within the next 1 to 3 hours. 19:09 I made a call and was on hold for 1hour and 27 minutes before the call got disconnected. I then called back and and left a voice message on option 2 with tickets not arriving and the event being in the next 24 hours and still no call back. I then carried on calling and was on hold for a further 34 minutes to no one answering. We travelled to Palma to watch this match and it was a surprise for my 73 father in law who also travelled from Buenos Aires to visit and go to this match and in the end we didn't go. I want an explanation as to why, a FULL refund for my tickets and also compensation for my time including travelling to the stadium.
