Hi, I'm Gregory Wilcox. I'm filing a complaint against Sedgwick Disability Claim because my claim that was filed wasn't handled appropriately. My claim was approved from September 1st, 2023 to October 31st, 2023, but I haven't received any money and I haven't received any letter stating that anything different once I was approved. I submitted all medical information on September 14th, 2023. I spoke to a representative from Sedgwick by the name of Lisa on September the 11th, 2023 the time was 11:42 am, she acknowledged that I was approved from September the 1st, 2023 to October 31st, 2023. On my phone I also received a text message from Sedgwick stating I was approved, and this was on, Thursday, September 7th at 3:40pm. Since then, I reached out to Courtney who is the Supervisor for Sedgwick over the Becton Dickerson employees in September, and spoke with her about getting a text stating that I was approved, she said she was going to contact me back, to this day I still haven't heard anything back from her. I also tried reaching out to the operations manager name Scott for Sedgwick and no one has contacted me back from the point since I was approved on September the 7th, 2023. I've called everyone listed to find out what going on and left messages no responses from anyone. No one ever sent me anything stating that I wasn't approved for disability. This isn't right. I feel that I should have gotten a letter stating that I had the right to an appeal. Is this how Sedgwick handle clients? I have been having to turn in papers every month from my doctor for Sedgwick to still deny me since my process started back in June of 2023. I'm under doctors care. I shouldn't be handled this way. Since this incident, I tried reaching out to to the examiner Julienann and still didn't get a response back from her either.

Desired outcome: I would like get my disability funds, because I sent in all my paper work. I was approved then it was turned back around and I was denied with a letter or anything stating the facts of why I was denied.
