This company is a total scam. Do not use this service. There are no refunds like they promise on the website.
I spent 16,750 USD for 9 matches that all were guaranteed to match at least 90% of my match criteria. Three different match makers promised me the moon and severely underdelivered.
Not only that, multiple people from this company were really unprofessional towards me and I experienced religious insensitivity. They say they are elite but most of them couldn’t even spell my name correctly. There would be significant delays in communication once the money was transferred, usually a health or IT excuse. I’ve never experienced such poor service before for such a high cost.
I recieved only two matches in a 4 month period; the first came no where close to my preferences, the second lived in California and had a kid (I live in Chicago and didn’t want to date someone with a kid).
I tried to get the money back but they gas lit me and tried to flatter me to stay for a month, it was exhausting the back and forth. Eventually they offered me only 4,750 USD back and tried to force me to sign a contract saying I’d never give them a negative review. This is more than likely why there aren’t more honest reviews. I’m starting to think most of their positive reviews are fake as they are mostly from private accounts with only a couple reviews.
I’m chalking this experience up to an expensive lesson learned. I’d rather warn all of you to stay away from these fraudulent predators than get my money back at this point. They will more than likely respond to this review and lie, denying it all like my last review. You have been warned!

What an absolute nightmare you've had with SEI Club. It's disgraceful that a company charging such a high fee delivers such poor service and fails to live up to its promises. You trusted them with your hard-earned money, and they completely let you down. It's appalling that they have the nerve to call themselves "elite" while being so unprofessional.
The fact that they couldn't even spell your name correctly and were insensitive towards your religious beliefs is beyond unacceptable. And then to give you matches that were nowhere near your criteria – it's clear they were just stringing you along. You deserve so much better than this.
Their attempt to gaslight you and make you stay longer by flattering you is despicable. And the fact that they tried to buy your silence with a partial refund is a huge red flag. It's no wonder there aren't more honest reviews out there. They're clearly trying to hide the truth about their scammy practices.
You've done the right thing by sharing your experience. People need to know what kind of operation SEI Club is running. Keep making noise about this. Use every platform available to get your story out. They need to be held accountable for their actions, and others need to be warned.
