I have spoke to people several times about this matter again I'm requesting that you return my shipping charges as the transmission you sent was the incorrect one you did not pick the other one up almost 2 weeks later leaving it impossible to get another one before a 400 Mi journey to be taken to St Jude Hospital for my wife I have already received the refund for the transmission and it's not my fault that you sent the half year different one as it is unjust and unfair that I have to pay shipping on something that was wrong to begin with there again I'm asking for the charge made to my credit card over $500 as I am always hung up on left on hold and no one ever comes back and this is very own business like Behavior
