Have had service with these folks for years. Was unable to reach them for 3 days? After their message regarding CovId just get music and no one picks up phone? Are they still in business? My warranty is good up to sometime in 2022. I had to call repairman myself. Paid $95 for call and looks like top part of washer needs to be replaced. On back order till November 18. I expect since I prepaid for warranty and couldn't not reach you for service you will reimburse the $95 and call the below company to authorize the replacement part which was approximately $500 range. This washer is only a year and a half old. Why they ever built it and locked it in with plastic is beyond me. I paid for service and expect it. If not handled by you it will definitely be my last Maytag if you don't honor warranty.
