Sew Royal review: Product not delivered, no refund

I purchased some garments from Sew Royal 8 months ago. Package was shipped to another Country. The recipient for some reason never picked up the garments. So the package sits in a Post office for six months. Sew Royal refuse to get the package sent back to them, and Sew Royal refuse to give me a refund. So I lost the garments and my $79. Sew Royal state they dont owe me any refund. I say this is theft
