I am one of the customer for ICICI Bank Ltd, I applied loan in ICICI bank for Madippakam Branch in Chennai.
They are advice me to open saving account therefore I given all the documents and given NRI SBI cheque.
due to signature mismatch in SBI bank. They will not allowed for the cheque for deposit.
before (service charge ) cheque deposit they dispatch the loan amount. After then I came abroad. Now they said to me upload the NRO documents in ICICI BANK.
I am working in offshore I cant able to login internet banking without Mobile OTP
It is one of worst Bank and Bad Customer service, Even simple request like change of Saving account to NRO account since 3 months I am following the status no one consider simply sitting and scratching the seats
I send a so many emails Whenever we call customer service they are worst they are not customer friendly, No user friendly.
I received a email from various staffs but still they not change I am working in offshore here no signal/network coverage the OTP receive only mobiles
receive the emails below the dump*** personal but nothing happen
