To all buyers out there I have filed a complaint against TerriLyn Alexander aka Sus of Shadowoak Persians cattery, of being a bad breeder. Ms Alexander sold a male bi-color Persian kitten $600.00 (six hundred dollars) and she was paid in full for that. Ms Alexander and I made an agreement for me to buy breeding rights for the kitten for $1200.00 (one thousand two hundred dollars) at installment payments of $50.00 (fifty dollars) per month. I had made 2 (two) payments to Ms Alexander totaling $100.00 (one hundred dollars). I found out for by licensed veterinarian the kitten has a heart murmur. CFA rules do not permit the breeding of a cat with a heart murmur. I have tried to talk to Ms Alexander on several occasions about a solution to correct the problem and she refused to cooperate with me. Ms Alexander got to the point where she forbade me to contact her. I believe she knew of the kitten’s condition and sold him hoping I was too dumb and naïve to find out about it. We conducted our business by emails and phone calls, because I live in Illinois and she lives in California (we never met in person).
Ms Alexander breached the contract I had with her by selling me a kitten with a heart murmur and refusing to do anything about. She also accused me of stalking her when I try to make contact with her. Why should I continue to make payments to someone when I do not get any satisfaction from them? Why should I continue to pay someone who does not want me to call them on the phone and blocks my emails? Why should I continue to make payments for the breeding rights of the kitten if I cannot use him for that purpose? Why should I continue to work with someone lies constantly? Ms Alexander has nerve to accuse me of being in default to our agreement.
Ms Alexander is obsessed with trying to destroy my Persian cat breeding venture. She utilizes her breeder friends to harass me and use racial attacks to break my spirit. I have, however, forgiven her and her friends and decided to move on with my life. I am a God fearing person and even Jesus Christ was persecuted.

Ms. Alexander, You are the type of the person likes a drama. like I said before go on with your life as I have for give you already and the rest of your breeders friends. I know how much liar and hypocrite you are and that's all it matters for me. I don't need your replacement cat, I don't need your help, I don't need your money and "JUST LEAVE ME ALONE, JUST LEAVE ME ALONE, JUST LEAVE ME ALONE, JUST LEAVE ME ALONE, JUST LEAVE ME ALONE"! Take me to court if you don't agree with me.

Sanci,
Read your contract that you signed. Read the medical report that Dr. Metzler signed. I offered you another kitten but you declined. I offered to have someone pick up the kitten, you declined.
I never received a signed document from your vet about the heart murmur. I have never had any problems before with anyone but you. When you treat people nice you get a lot more out of them. Again, return my kitten, stop the insults and the false accusation and start acting like an adult. This situation should of been handled very easily and in an adult manner. There is no reason to keep insulting me and all the others that have commented on your nasty insults. My vet examined the kitten and she found the kitten to be in excellent condition. Things can change with cats and that is why I offered you a replacement according to our contract. You speak about God, would he want you to act like this towards others? I never asked anyone to go on the boards for me, and I don't have an aka name. I think it is mean to harrass and insult people like you have done. I hope you can find peace because it seems you have a lot of hate built up in your heart. Again, I will replace the kitten with another line if you wish according to our contract. I would never try to damage your reputation or hurt you. All I was doing is to try and help you get started with your breeding program. I would never send you anything ill. The vet checked the kitten over and she did not lie on the medical report. Dr. Metzler is not happy about your accusation and I feel you owe both of us an apology. I wish you the best with your breeding program and hope you can find peace.

I have known Ms Alexander for 25 years we have shown our cats at the same cat shows for years. Ms Alexander has worked very hard on buying the best quality cats from all over the world. They all have Grand Champion lines and she pays upward of $3, 000 for these top lines. She has never since I have known her had a problem with anyone that she has sold a kitten to. She is a very honest breeder and certainly is not in the least interested in the money, she does this as a hobby only and has all kitten health certified before leaving her home. Prices of kittens often depend on where you are located also.
