I bought this iron from Lowe's a couple months ago. I sent in registration. At first I loved the iron, however I can't put water in it! When I try to steam the water leaks out the bottom, I have water spots all over my clothes. I am one of the few people who iron everything--I must keep a spray bottle to use instead of letting the iron do its job.
I can't find my sales receipt, is there anything you can do for me? i STILL HAVE THE BOX.
Can it be exchanged?

SHARK SUCKS! pure and simple. My steamer stopped working after a few weeks and their Euro iron never stayed on. When I first saw the ad for a floor steamer I shuddered...I'm willing to bet there are many disappointments with that product as well. Funny how they have no email to complain to... I will never go near another Shark product again!
