I was approached with friend of mine Gaudence Mbena from Tanzania, he wished to start a business after completed his degree in IT, and I looked on online and found Alibaba. Com and I added my details and in few days later, I was contacted with above company with the lady called Alice as per email address [protected]@sz-winboth.com, she advised that after processing the payment via western union, she will send the goods. I proceed the payment, and she emailed me back with the tracking number RC730514312CN, and advised that the goods will be delivered after 7 days sent via DHL, and that was 4/03/14 up to date Gaudence Mbena has not yet received the goods. He has tried to track through all currier companies but the provided tracking number does not exist, I have email Alice and contact Sales Managers Maggie Tang and Rose Young online inquiry with no reply back, . And now asking for assistance to investigate this issue and stop those who are destroying and abusing the online business. It is pity to know that the young talent man dreams has being shut doing with your company. And how other customers have been scammed? As I assist the Gaudence Mbena with payment £750, I would like to request the money back if there is no needs goods to be delivered . If I won’t receive the explanation I will take this further to insure that the online business should not be mis-used.
