Can you assist me with the problem of crediting my account. I had made reservations to stay at the Sheraton Suites early in 2022 for a total price of $649.81 which would be paid at time of stay. In March we determined that we needed an second room. When I called for the second room on March 24, 2022, the foreign gentleman I talked to refused to give me the discounted rate. I needed the room. He explained that my account would be charged $1468.90 which happened on 3/25/22, and if I cancelled the room, the fee would be removed from my credit card. At check in the gal was very pleasant and gave us the discount rate, with both rooms charged to a second credit card as my first card was maxed with the add on second room in March. She said my credit card would be credited back the amount of $1468.90. As of this time, this has not happened. The credit card number ends in 1859. There was also a $50 credit back to made on room 329 as my daughter had the toilet that didn’t work and had to be moved to a different room that never happened either. I began working on this problem 7/19/22 with no response from multiple messages left and emails. I finally was able to talk to a Mario who explained the room had been paid for through expedia. I had not ever called expedia as I had called the motel directly the evening of 3/24. Come to find out the call was likely transferred to expedia which was never explained to me. So I have been in contact with Expedia as well as Mario at Sheraton and each say the other needs to reimburse my credit card. I need this issue resolved as I am in need of my money.
