Shopper Drug Mart Good Sold review: Gift cards

I purchased a gift card on 17 of February at shoppers Drug Mart store in Bunhamthorpe Road Etobicoke On m9c 2z4 tel [protected] at 9:10 pm

Now when trying to use it it declined stating no fund in the card

I tried 3 times then when back to the shop where I brought it from and she gave me a nbr [protected] when I did call a guy answered he took my details down and assured me he would send me an email to enter the copies of the recite, apologies non stop but no help cause I did not get no email from him called back no answer next called to long a wait, so since it was for a gift feeling ashamed I decided to buy another card which I did on 26th of feb from the same outlet and guess what no money in the card no money in that too called long waits now its 2 days which I been trying the second time around to get this resolved
