This is a really good service.
You get a free 30 day trial, click cancel membership and get free 90 day membership. If you buy three orders within those 90 days you get a year free! It's a great deal.
I only use the service for dominos pizza and petsmart.com and never had any problems
Absolutely love this service
Absolutely love this service. I only wish they participated with more merchants, but that is not their fault. The savings on the Dominos delivery fee alone has paid for my ShopRunner fee several times over. Plus, I often order from NewEgg and Drugstore.com, so saving on shipping on those sites is a huge plus!

Great perk through American Express
Shoprunner has been great. So far I've received a handful of free 2 day shipping on a handful of purchases from Bloomingdale's, Lord&Taylor, Bebe, Express and have had zero complaints. I don't understand all the negative reviews about this company being a scam. Shoprunner is just providing a service for stores that are members. Perhaps the issue is with the stores themselves, and not Shoprunner. I've had no issues with quality stores that I shop at. Definitely give Shoprunner a chance, especially if you get this perk through American Express! Thanks Shoprunner and American Express.
Not sure what everyone is complaining about
Almost all businesses that advertise X number of days shipping means from the point it leaves the warehouse. For example my recent amazon primer order that was placed on Saturday left the warehouse on Monday and arrived on Wednesday. I'm not sure what these people are complaining about. I'd rather have it two days after leaving the warehouse then 5 - 7 days like most free shipping options. If you really need it that bad go to a mall and waste your time doing driving there, parking, finding the item, purchasing it and heading back home. I; m not sure if I would pay for this service, but I get it for free through my AMEX.

I just recently bought a new computer from Newegg.com and a free 2-day shipping option was available through ShopRunner for my package because my purchase was over a certain amount. Shortly after ordering my package I decided to look into ShopRunner and found nothing but nasty reviews for the service, so it had me pretty worried that I would get the package late or damaged or some other non-sense. But I had no issues. I ordered the item on Thursday night and it arrived Saturday by noon. So no promises broken there! I believe I should mention that I am in NJ and Newegg's fulfillment center is only about an hour and a half from me, which could have been the reason why my package arrived so quickly. Overall, I am pretty pleased at receiving the service that I was told I would receive. To anyone offered this service for free, I would highly recommend giving it a shot.
It works fine for me
I've been reading the reviews and I'm surprised so many people have had such a negative experience. I use the free trials every time they are offered to me and I've never had any issues. The people who say their things weren't shipped for several days, that's honestly all on the store they purchased it from. It depends on when the seller chooses to ship their stuff. Shop runner has no control of when the seller chooses to ship their products, only how quickly you get it once its been shipped. If the item has been shipped and it was not received within the allotted time frame, I would contact the post office to see 1) the priority it was shipped as and 2) what's the reason for the delay. If it was not shipped with a two day priority then I would contact shop runner to see what the deal is. I use shop runner on Express.com and have always gotten my things in the shipping time promised.
I've only had one encounter with their customer service but that was a few years ago so I'm not sure if it's gone down since then. I forgot to cancel the free trial before the 30 days were up and was charged x amount of dollars for the year subscription. I called them and they cancelled the subscription and refunded the money they took out for the year subscription. They did not give me a hard time about it.
If your purchase was shipped out with a 2 day priority but was not received within 2 business days, I would redirect that frustration towards the post office. If the issue is that its been several days since the order was placed and it has not been shipped, contact the retailer. Remember, the only thing they control is the priority it's shipped as. Delays with the post office or delays in shipping by the seller are not controlled by shoprunner.com

never received order
On December 31,2022 I placed order # [protected] using shop runner. The estimated arrival was January 4, 2023. as of January 13, I have not received the order yet. i have reported to the USPS and called the USPS - who admit the package has been scanned. The USPS does not know where the package is as of January 12, 2023. I am at a lost, in the past Shop Runner has always been so reliable, this lack of delivery as expected is unacceptable.
Desired outcome: Deliver my order or refund me the amount of money I spent.
Issue with Adding Shipping Address
I tried adding a new shipping address to my account (which I have shipped to many times before) and when I click "Save" Shoprunner gives an error saying "There was an issue with your shipping address". It does not tell me what the error is, I cannot order my goods or continue checkout. The address is below:

missing item on a 9 item order from saks off 5th

I have made several calls and was told the computre system is down, and that I could not be transferred to someone that could help me. I made a purchase on order # 8806207 on November 9, 2019 from Saks Off 5th. The order included 9 items. One $44.99 order for earmuffs was missing. I would like either a refund or the item to actually be shipped. If not I will contact the Better Business Bureau and advise the BBB that Saks Off 5th (whose customer service is in the Phillipines, not the United States) is cheating customers out of their hard earned money on behalf of Saks 5th Avenue. If they cheat each customer out of $45 with no repercussions, they would make millions on fraud activity.

Stop your false advertising. It's a huge lie!
Unfortunately, I, like many other people, fell for this. They promised a 2-day shipping for free, but in fact, it never happens and they ship packages how and when they want, without any logic at all. Instead of waiting for several days I have been waiting for one month. As you guess, the package hasn't arrived yet.

I do not recommend Shoprunner
I made an order which was sent to me by Shoprunner. After I paid I received a confirmation message and was informed that my package was sent via "standard shipping" which could take up to 8 days.
One week later I received another message where I was told that due to some shipping issues delivery would be a bit late. They said that it could take up to 7 extra days!
Noting arrived! I sent them a message asking about my order status and didn't receive a reply, they simply ignored me. I want to know what is going on and I need them to contact me as soon as possible.

I signed up for Shoprunner and they promised to ship my item within 2 days. That seemed like a great deal but in reality things were not as they promised. It took almost a whole month to get my order and all that time no one from Shoprunner bothered to reply and assist me!
I was so worried about my order and had no idea what to do. I thought that it'll never arrive. And when I checked the reviews I was shocked to see so many negative feedback. I'm glad that in the end I received my item but must say that their promised 2 day shipping is a total joke! Better stay away!
Shipping issue
I have ordered from this website www.shoprunner.com because they promised 2 day free shipping. Seemed like a great deal so I decided to try. 2 days passed and there was no sign of my order and when I tried to contact someone from ShopRunner they did not reply.
I finally received my order two weeks later! I sent them a message asking for some explanation but was ignored. I'm very disappointed with this site, shipping takes too long!

The company www.shoprunner.com is very slow and irresponsible. They processed my order within couple of days, and no one contacted me within these days. As well as they haven’t sent details about the shipping. Also, they avoided all communication with me and it was strange. I wasn’t happy with such attitude and services. Stay as far as possible from this company.
They completely scammed me
When paying for an item on MLB.com in which I had been offered free shipping, there apparently was an online page where I signed up for a free 30-day trial of shoprunner services. I called the company the day they charged my credit card for the services and they would not cancel my "membership" even though it was for the next 11 months of services. If I owe for one month, fine. My mistake. But I should not be forced to pay for 12 months of service for something I don't want. Note, I didn't get free shipping on the items I ordered. They completely scammed me.
A completely shoddy company. If they were above board, they would allow people to stop their membership and give a refund for the unused portion. In most cases, that would be 11 of the 12 months.

Denial of service
Shoprunner is truly a horrible company. I decided to try their trial for 30 days. I got quite a bit of use out of it. I saved over 400 in shipping. After that I subscribed for 1 full year. Within 3 weeks of service, my account was disabled. They claimed I was a reseller. They have absolutely no proof of this whatsoever. They refuse to give me a refund. The person on the phone told me that I used over 79 dollars worth of shipping, and this was why my account got flagged. That is right people, if you actually God forbid use 79 in shipping, they close your account. Do not buy their service, at best you break even.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I was taken by these people (shoprunner.com) seeing charges to my charge statement account on 08/25/2011. I went back to last month's and saw it again! They must have been adding $12.97 to my charge card starting at one point, and I am not sure what it was for. I've only charged once for Sharri's Berries, but I don't understand why I should be charged every month when Sharri's Berries was a total of 6 decorated strawberries that was on the expensive side in May 2011 that said free shipping for an edible item I had sent as a birthday gift out of state. If I want free shipping, I can go online to many reputable companies I buy from who notify me of sales and any promotions. Then before I buy, I go to certain reputable companies (coupon mountain, ebates, and other well known ones) who deal with just coupon codes, free shipping codes, and promo codes for my favorite places I enjoy buying from in the store or online. These online places do NOT charge me anything as they are free to everyone! This so called shoprunner.com is a fraud that I didn't agree to.
I am also a heavy Shoprunner user, while I have not saved as much as you, I have saved hundreds of dollars since joining around Valentine's Day. I felt compelled to respond here because this is not my experience. I read this boards from time to time and sometimes the complaints against companies sound totally legitimate and other cases really sound suspect. What concerns me in this case (and I am not a lawyer) is the tone and specifically the defensive posture of "they have absolutely no proof of this whatsoever" - this comes across as yes I am guilty but they don't have evidence. Reading this complaints site (and others) and deciphering what claims are true and not true is interesting and never choosing to add my two cents, but here I finally found a situation where my personal experience does not match what the poster states. BEWARE of shoprunner.com. I did all my Christmas shopping online and could only use the service twice. I was mostly interested in ToysRUs but all the items I wanted were excluded from the shoprunner free shipping. When I signed up I didn't realize items were going to be excluded. I was able to use it on 2 Barnes and Noble orders but I could have purchased $5 more and I would have gotten free shipping anyway. I was 2 days late in canceling the free trial and they won't refund my money. I have never heard of such a ripoff. It says that you can cancel the free trial at "any time" but I didn't see that later it says if you don't cancel within 30 days no refund will be given. You'd think they would want satisfied customers.
I think their adds are totally deceiving, and I won't do business with any that partner with them. Total fraud in my opinion
I don't know about trying to cancel after the cancellation period is over, but that's not my complaint. I'm complaining because they promised to deliver in two days and didn't. Their confirmation email said the product would arrive by Saturday Dec 24 if the order was placed before 3pm Dec 22. I placed my order at 10am the 22nd. The product arrive the following Tuesday. I know it's Christmas, but if they can't deliver in time, they shouldn't promise that they can. When I called to cancel, less than a week after I signed up (well within the 30 days) they complied, but couldn't explain why the package was late and didn't offer to make amends. I have a cancellation number, and I'm waiting to see if my credit card is charged. It shouldn't be. If it is, I'll be back on here again.
It is a good service and they allow you to cancel within 30 days. Just like anything, if you put in your CC number, you should know what you are doing.
I had the same situation. I used the service for an nfl.com purchase before Christmas, didn't use it again, tried to cancel 3 days after the 30 day free trial and they would only give me $65 of the $79. I would have only paid $9 more for 2-day shipping on the site at the time. I spoke to 3 different people including a supposed supervisor but they just don't care. I wrote to four of their partners and told them they had made a mistake by affiliating with this exttemely poor customer service entity. DO NOT USE SHOPRUNNER!
