Siemens Evolution review: cloth dryer machine

This is with reference to my clothes dryer which I had bought from your showroom
EVOLUTION BRAND, at the time of purchase when we inquired with them regarding spare
parts and service they told us that it is a siemens product you just dont have to worry.

Now my machine is not working and when we called up your service centre they have sent Engineer. He have charged 8000/- & given a warranty. After one month again same complain arise. Now they are not picking the my mobile. After calling from other number they are not even willing to talk properly
and give a proper reply, they are telling us that engineer have left. He has cheated us.
If I have bought the machine from siemen with company's guarantee I am expecting the company to do something. I would appreciate if you would look into this matter and let me know immediately.
