This company is owned by Paul Rainbird, who is, believe it or not...the Lt. Govorner of the Pueblo of Ildefonso in NM. Silver Cloud is now resorting to extorting funds from former customer's checking accounts. I did find the phone number for his office. It is [protected]. His home phone is also listed in the NM telephone directory. His manager of Silver cloud is June Ortiz. I left a strong message on his office voicemail today, filed a complaint with the NM Attorney Generals Office and BBB. The AG in NM has stated that they have been receiving a number of complaints about this company. I will pursue this until my money is recovered. In the meantime, my bank is working with me to resolve this. I would suggest that all former customers contact their bank and put a block on further attempts by SilverCloud to take money. I don't know if the owner, Mr. Rainbird is responsible for this, however, since I left my message with his office today, I would hope that he straightens it out. There is something going on with the auto debit company he uses...

I did businees with Silvercloud for many years and had no problems. When the site went down for ACH pmts I sent an order by mail with a check. Nothing happened, they did not cash the check but never sent any product either. I did stop payment and asked my bank to not accept ACH requests from them. I hope your bank will help you.

DO NOT do business with www.dbestone.com (aka CD2U, aka agoodcigarette.com)! Whoever said they ship fast is wrong or lying! I ordered from them 2 weeks ago and syill have not received my order. I called them last week and they said my order had shipped, but the idiot I talked to didn't know when it had shipped and couldn't give me a tracking number. Then, yesterday, I got an email saying my order had shipped, with a tracking number, but the Postal Service has no record of it. These people are THIEVES! Avoid them like the plague!
Recieved a order of cigarettes from dbestone that looked and tasted like they've been sitting in the warehouse for years . Stale, with a very bad odor.
Nothing but problems when I called for an exchange.
wish i would have seen this page before i placed an order with them. its been three weeks and they charged my card for the order but nothing yet.
I ordered from them last Tuesday and it shipped yesterday Tuesday (so a week for processing). I ordered a carton of Doral Menthol and 32 Degrees cigarettes. I will post back tomorrow when the cigarettes arrive as to the freshness of the cartons. The one who received old cigarettes, were they value brand or premiums? Just trying to get a heads up on what to expect.

Cigarettes arrived today so it took 7 business days to process, ship, and be received. I am still glad I did not have to use an e-check as they scare me.
Quality:
Doral Menthol 100's Lights - C9 (made within the past 30 days so as fresh as they come). Are FSC cigarettes though...so assume all shipping out will be too. Most people will never know a difference as they have been FSC compliant for some time now.
32 Degrees Mild Cigarettes- These are ok, just a hint of menthol but it has a slight value brand taste and smell. Product of Columbia. Would not say these could ever compare with a Menthol-Menthol Cigarette like Newport or Salem.
Overall:
Truly not bad when the prices are so good and you can use plastic. My guess as to the stale cigarettes mentioned above was they were value cigs from another country. Value cigs from south america typically taste slightly stale and can come in boxes affected by sea ships and master containers not being waterproofed.
Would I recommend?

You can NOT blame a company when it is hit hard by greedy democrats wanting it out of business. Democrats have hit this company at least 3-4 times before wanting them shut down but they have always come out on top. Just relax and sit tight until your order arrives. Yes, the dems shut them down again BUT all orders shipped USPS are more than likely hitting a slowdown since yesterday was the biggest day for the USPS of the year. They have never given me a single problem and my last order arrived a few days ago.

CD2U or a goodcigarette.com PLEASE HELP! I ordered from them two and half weeks ago, they took the money out of my account and I have yet to receive my order. I have never had this problem before so I really do not understand what is going on. They took my money yet did not ship my order. I received an e-mail a week and a half ago that said that there was a delay in my order and it would ship as soon as back in stock. I have received e-mails like this before in the past and my order always shipped within two or three days of receiving the e-mail, but not this time. This is really not a good time to do this since it is Christmas and if anyone has any information regarding this I would appreciate all the help I can get with this. I am nervous that I will not see my order and I will not get my money back and will get screwed right at Christmas time. I cannot get through to them on the phone, their website is down, I sent an e-mail this morning, but do not know if they will respond or not. Does anyone know what is going on or if I can expect to see my money or my order anytime soon? PLease Help.
