We put a deposit on a dog, but the dog color we wanted was never born so we requested our deposit back. They said they would send it, but never did.

This same thing happened to me and my fiance. we put down a deposit for a puppy and never heard anything from this lady. we requested a refund and we still have not heard anything and it has been TWO YEARS now
