Every month, SimpleBills retrieves your utility invoice from the utility providers, sends a bill with a due date and a sum, and allows you to pay online. Additionally, you can add your roommates and SimpleBills will split the bill between you.

Yes, SimpleBills charges an annual service fee.

You can add roommates, however, each person should have their own SimpleBills account. Once all of you are registered, you can be added to the sale address and manage your utilities.

To terminate your account on SimpleBills, you will have to email or call the Customer service informing them about the preferred termination date. SimpleBills will then confirm either with your roommates or property management the move out date.

SimpleBills has very few complaints and is slightly active in resolving them. Customers have issues with cancelation. We advise considering this before using their services.
