Siskin Enterprises Inc review: The manager denied my claim and didn't want to check the agreement

I bought a used car and paid for the warranty to Siskin Enterprises Inc. After two months I noticed that rust started to occur on the rear wheel. I filled the claim and this company denied my claim and the reason was that the warranty didn’t include this damage. I read again the insurance and our agreement, but it was mentioned about the rust. But the manager of this company unflinching. I regret that I have used the warranty of this company.
