I have had DSL Service for over a year with Sisna DSL. The actual DSL Service was pretty good, but I found another DSL ISP for much cheaper. I called Sisna DSL to inquire about canceling service and that I was going to cancel service when I fulfilled my 1 year obligation. They gave me the necessary information on where to send my leased modem and that I should call the day after my contract has expired. The service rep told me that if he entered the request to cancel, I would be charged an additional $100 for early cancellation fee. He advised me to call on June 29th, 2006. I made that call initial call on May 12 of 06. I called back on June 29th 2006, and requested that my account to be closed and that I no longer need their services. I had fulfilled my contract on June 28th of 2006. A couple of days later, I checked my email and I found an email that claimed that I have not paid for July 06’s DSL service. I called Sisna that morning and I spoke to a lady in billing. She told me that I needed to pay for July because I did not give 30 day’s notice on my cancellation. I had told her that I called on May 12th, but she told me that I only inquired about canceling service. I told her that I gave more than 30 days and I told the service rep that I had every intention of canceling my service after my contract expired. Even the service rep on May 12th advised me to call on the 29th of June. Now, Sisna is requesting me to pay for my DSL service of over $52.00. I refuse to pay and I’m going to fight this!

I access Sistapo thru Qwest, 2 yrs ago a co$ly in home DSL install, + I bought the Qwest 1.5MB/sec modem. 24 July 2009 phone rings: Gordon tells me to call Tim @ Sisna/Spokane, he talked me thru changing the modem setting for the upgrade in speed with Qwest/Sisna, then told me 2 call back 31 July: "Sorry not ready yet, call back 7 August." I did; still not ready, tells me to call back in a week for sure it will be 2-7MB/sec cable DSL, since then ALL calls have gone to answer, no call back or replies to e-mails. E-mailed head office Salt Lake City UT, waste of time, called them 30 mins of "Not our problem call Tim in Spokane!" click hung up on me and now will not even respond to my requests 4 their help, guess they don't want my cash and I am ready to change ISP's Sistapo is junk/rude & unreliable. Caveat Emptor!
