We ate at the Sizzler Restaurant in Culver City, CA on Sunday, 05/07/2023 afternoon. I ordered my food and as I was finishing the payment on the credit card machine, two of the employees pushed me aside and used the Credit Card machine. No Excuse Me or anything. My friend and I ordered the same Steak with Garlic Shrimp and mine came out ten minutes before his. We asked the waitress for more napkins and we waited and finally asked again. When I spoke to the manager, and explained what happened, all he could say was, Sorry about That! What kind of poor lack of Service is that? Submitted a complaint to Corporate online and have not heard anything back from them. What has happened to Good Customer Service?
