My free trial never came. Does the product work as well as they claim? Are the results immediate?

I just ordered the trial also. They put you on their autoship/autobill program when you register for the trial. It tells you in small print before you submit your information. You have to cancel within 14 days to stop the shipment. If it's not due to the autoship call your credit card company and dispute the charges.

Absolutley do not order this product unless you are o.k. with being charged $70 bucks for it. I too ordered the "free" trial and after my credit card was charged close to 80 dollers for the one month supply and shipping Iwas told I would have had to return it within 14 days. It clearly states on their website to try the product at least 3 weeks to see a difference. I hate the product on top of it, it completely dried out my skin. I think this is an all around bad company with absolutely horrible customer service and an awful product to boot. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

What a SCAM! I tried immediately to cancel when after clicking on "complete order" the screen popped up telling me I would get an auto-ship each month for which I would be billed. I tried to call the number given but was told they only process the order. So I wait to get the product so I can contact and cancel, but by the time the product arrived I had already been charged $75! When I called to complain I was told that it wasn't a 30-day free trial, it was 14 days from date of order. So you DON'T get a free trial at all. I said I would call consumer complaints and was told to read the terms I "agreed " to so I didn't embarass myself. What a scam... I didn't agree to any terms, but the terms are that as soon as you click on "complete the order" you are agreeing.

Ive been using it for a week and its been drying my skin. But when I mix it with all the other acne products Ive been using it does seem as if my acne has been fading a little. An excellent acne product my mom ordered online is TADD New Skin. I called to cancel the product and minus being on hold for about 15 minutes, I was able to cancel the automatic billing. Overall skin perfection md has been a big disappointment so far.

I have seen no change in my skin using Skin Perfection MD. Furthermore, this product costs entirely too much and even though I cancelled the automatic shipping option they have charged me twice anyway! If you are considering purchasing this product...change your mind quickly!

I had the same problem as everybody else so far. Not only did the product dry out my skin, but they charged me an additional $69.95 after 14 days from their original charge of $9.95. I only saw a minor change in my complexion after mixing this system with some other products. Their product does not work as fast as they claim, you will not see immediate results, and in my case, the product left my skin feeling uncomfortable. The mosturizer is awful. Don't bother with Skin Perfection MD. I suspect they'll only be able to scam so many people before they have to go out of business.

Don't spend your money in that product! I odered the trial and I forgot to put on my appartment # after just 2-3 minutes I call them back to clear the adress, they say it's too late. I hate that company, they steal people's money for no reason.

The same thing happened to me.
I was charged 86$. I am trying to get the money back.
Anyone know how to do it?
I tried to phone my credit card company, but it seems they cannot do anything about it.

Anyone has idea about how to do that.

SKIN PERFECTION M.D...may be a good product, but I will never know because I just CANCELED the order I placed not 5 minutes ago. They had already charged my bank for the S&H and when I tried to get that back because I no longer WANTED my 'free sample' (or anything else from this company for that matter) I was told to hang it in my hat! I uncharacteristicly ordered from a website BEFORE I checked into things and got stung by this companie and it's sleazy business and customer service practices. Apparently, somewhere on the website it says they will charge you, but if you cancel, they cant/wont refund you the shipping and handeling, says the unapologetic and condesending lady that answers the phones at an outfit calling themselves 'LIST SP'. Beware of "free" offers because there's companies like this that prey on consumers! DO NOT ORDER SKIN PERFECT MD! PS After getting out my electron microscope, I was able to glean the number to their customer service off the fine print-so call and cancel, or just generally complain and let them know that we're on to them and hopefully won't be able to get away with this much longer at: 866/897-2464. Good Luck!

I phoned the number [protected], and asked them to cancel the autoship. The lady answering the phone told me they will refund me the money in next few days. I am not sure if I can get the money back, because I don't trust anyone from SKinperfection. I also phoned my credit card company, they told me to wait. If skinperfection won't refund my money, they can dispute the charge. Hopefully it will work.

I did receive the free samples in just about 3 business days which I was happy with. I did not like that they were trying to sign up for an automatic membership to 'Walmart' or something like that. I had to repeat myself several times I only wanted the free sample. I was charged $4.95 for shipping. So far I like the product, but after reading your messages I'm on the phone now to make sure I am not charged. If that's how much the products costs I cannot afford it. That's crazy.

THIS IS THE BIGGEST SCAM EVER! I never thought that i would be one of those people who buys into scams like these but i mean they really sucker you in. I ordered the "free" sample and got charged 70 bucks. I call the 1866 number and get into a screaming match with the women on the other end and she basically tells me that i agreed to ALL of their terms when i clicked send, for the free sample. I asked for a supervisor, a manager, anyone higher up than her and she says nope, there is no one there and she has no idea when managers or supervisors come in because they don't have set schedules. I argued with her for 20 minutes and she eventually said that she would refund me the 70 if i agree to go along for another month and get charged 30 dollars instead! i agreed and i;m now waiting to see if i get that 70 back... Something need to be done about this SCAM and that Dr. Steven Jepsen thats attaching his name to a product that aside from stealing peoples money... Doesn't work... it dries out your skin, the face cream does nothing, and the same goes for the mask!

Same here. Ordered the 'free trial' for $5.95 and just noticed a fee for $69.95 on my card. Called and said that wasn't a free trial and I had to cancel within 14 days. WTF!? So I cancelled any further shipments and just called to request a refund since it hasn't been 30 days since my initial order. She was very nice and said to send the product back to PO Box 2003 Richmond UT 84065. So that's what I'm doing and that money better be put back on my card! Stay tuned. $70 for one month. You gotta be kidding!

HERES HOW U KEEP THE PRODUCT FOR LESS MONEY!

O.k. People heres my situstion with this product... i ordered the kit and recieved it after a few days. And in time i was having a bad breakout on one side. Me personally i am 26 years old and proactive has not workrd, then i tryed random things. was using nutrogema still didnt do it. This product in one week turned my acne around and its gone! yes it dryed out my face so i use baby lotion on it. and yes oh my god does it ich and sting alitlle when i do the whole system at once, face wash, spot tratment, than lotion. But My face looks so good. the best it has in 5 years. yes 5 years i have been at war with my face. But After reading everyones comments i called them because i didnt want to pay 80 bucks and here is THE SECRET. call them before the 15th day yes and tell them you want to cancel because you do not want to pay that much and they should offer you a deal where you get the kit you have now for free than you buy one more at 39$ and you can cancel after that or keep getting it for 39$. i said yes to that deal. So just in case you do like the product there is the way to get it at a good price and i got the # from another comment up alittle thanks for the good source! GOOD LUCK!

I agree that this product does not work, but the company cannot be held responsible for a purchaser not reading the terms. if you buy online you should know that you have to read the terms and conditions before you proceed...with any thing you order online.

I've been using Skin Perfection MD for a couple of months and it's been the best thing I've ever used. I'm 40 years old and have been battling acne all my adult life. I got the "free" trial but didn't see results in the first two weeks, so I canceled - didn't have a problem with that. I kept using the stuff, and shortly afterwards, I started noticing that the redness in my face was lessening and that my acne was disappearing. After a month, I was completely clear. Now I'm about to run out (that little bottle can last a long time - even using it twice a day). I tried calling them to order just the cleanser, which is the only thing I need, but they won't sell you just the cleanser - you HAVE to buy the whole kit and get set up on the autodelivery. That's the ripoff in my opinion. I've been trying Murad Acne at night to see if that will give me the same results, but I'm starting to break out again. Nothing has worked like Skin Perfection, so now I guess I'm going to have to order the whole thing again and just deal with the cost. I'm way too old for this.

On 10/22 I charge 9.95 for in introductory offer. I received the product purchased then. However, on 11/5 I was charged 69.95 and on 11/20 I was again charged 69.95 - and received nothing. I tried calling to receive a status and and was on hold an unacceptable amount of time. I tried calling again to cancel and again was on hold with a recording..I beleive this is a scam and I am disputing this charges. How does this comapny expect you to cancel when you can not get through to them. Definatley not a comapny I want to give my hard earned money to.

Wow, everybody is so pissed off about the charges! I just wanted to know if the stuff worked for anybody else! I've been using this stuff for 2 weeks, and I haven't noticed a huge change yet, but after reading Steve's email above, I think I'll give it a couple of more weeks. I don't know about anyone else here, but I'm 29 years old and have been dealing with acne for 17 years. I don't care if it costs me a million dollars, I just want clear skin! I really can't believe people are complaining about $79, do you know how much I have spent trying to clear up my skin over the past 17 years? I just hope this stuff works!

I ordered the 'free trial' and was asked about the membership when I was on the phone ordering the product. I stated NO several times. I just realized that I was charged $138! I am not happy. I called my credit card company and they said I have to deal with the business first. If that doesn't work I have to call them back and fill out dispute papers. I don't want this company to keep charging me 70 dollars! The first time I was charged was back on 11/19 and I have another payment pending...how many times do they charge you? Has anyone had success getting their money back yet?

i'm sick to my stomach after discovering my credit card was billed $69.95 without my authorization and there is currently another $69.95 pending 10 days later. Never did I see an agreement to anything but the free trial for $4.95 shipping. I am taking issue with the company as well as my credit card company.

I ordered Skin perfection MD about a month and a half ago. I kept close watch on when my 14 days would be up so I could call and cancel, should the product not work. I called 2 days before my 14 days were up and the representative told me I had already been charged the $69.95 for the product and I only had 2 options. A) Cancel my ongoing autobill and lose the $69.95 or B) Continue with my autobill, with a lower charge of $39.95 a month. So considering it was the cheaper of the two, i decided to keep the autobill. I also asked the rep why it was making my face so dry and if i was doing something wrong. She said that it really was a good product, and that it just had to go through its process first-which may cause your face to dry out. Ive been using it for almost 2 months now and it really has done wonders for my face. Nothinggg ever worked until now. If you continue the use of this product, even after it dries your face out, i promise it works! It has really done a lot for my face.

I never got a chance to try this product. I do not know if it works or not, but what I do know is that I paid 4.95 for a "free" trail 2 weeks ago and never recieved it. I am trying to call that # to cancel my order so I dont get charged 69.95 but all I'm getting is a busy signal and can not get through. I am going to cancel my debit card do I dont get charged, or report my card stolen.
