hi,
i spoke to person in cancallation dept yesterday in sky.he offered me 2 deals so that i dont cancall my account with them.thev first one was have sky hd box and they will credit 20 pounds in my account.the secound was have sky+ which i have free for 6 months.i told the guy i will call him in 30 min after talking to my husband.when i called again the other person in cancallation was really rude to me .he told me the best offers were given to me .i told him i will accept the secound offer given to me of sky+.he told me if i was telling him the truth as no one can offer me this .he kept my phone on hold to speak to his manager .and after speaking he told me my manager will e mail the other person manager to ask how could he offer me this and get back to me .is this is the way sky treat there exciting customers .i want a ans from sky why i was treated the way they treated me .what is my mistake .sky needs to ans my questions,

I phoned sky friday to cancel the sports and film channels as I have been made redundant, as I have just payed my subscription on the 23rd june 09 which covers till the 23rd july 09 WHY ! have they cut me off all ready I was not given a alternative or offer of help even after 14years with them just a ok them. When I tried to speak to somebody about this I was told the account is in my EX husdands name and I don, t have the pass word so they can do nothing about it. They were quick enough to cancel on Friday without my ex, s pass word THEY ARE TAKING MY MONEY FOR NO SERVICE

sky are the worst company i have ever dealt with, they sell you crap equipment and when it breaks down they dont care and wont replace it without charging you a fortune just to do a engineers visit.
the jokers on the end of the phone are usless and thats when you can understand them and its not diverted to so indian call centre when are sky going to learn nobody wants to speak to an indian call centre unless you are in india. not that i really want to even speak to the scottish as they as nearly as hard to understand and most tend to have a really bad chip on their shoulder. damm its not my fault they live in scotland and work for a crap company.
i had so many problems with sky i ended up cancelling it all keeping my £40+ they charged me every month for a load of old rubbish repeats and spending it on a new dvd rental, a takeaway and freevew box and all that was in my first months savings, hummmm what sould i use my spare £40 next month for?

I have been on the phone on hold for 1 hour waiting to cancel my subscription! CS department lie to you, I have been made offers of refunds that never materialise and are then totally denied even when you name the individual, date and time of call and confirm the conversation in writing.
Sky Customer service is a joke.
