I want to raised up my disappointed, anger and feel cheated about this salon service.
Between year [protected], i attended this salon doing eyebrow shaping. Before starting doing eyebrow shaping, the beauty expert saw my face and recommend me to try Oil Clog Remover service. Then i tried the trial Oil Clog Remover service.
Before i want to leave from salon, one of beauty expert stopped me and request me go to small room for discussion about Oil Clog Remover package. Start from here, the beauty expert started to hard sell and pushed me to sign the package amount around nine hundred plus (S$9xx) less than one thousand (less than S$1000).
Originally i don't want to sign up the package and only pay this trial Oil Clog Remover and leave this salon immediately. But the beauty expert don't give up this opportunity and continue to hard sell on me until i frastracted and i had forced to signed package (i didn't know what package i signed but i remember that beauty expert told that this is whole life package, when you come just inform receptionist HP number will do) and i knew that once i signed i can leave from this room and this salon immediately. Otherwise can't leave from this small room. This anger & stressful can't swallow since now.
On 01/12/22, suddenly remember i had package signed and called this salon around 1.50pm and one of lady picked my called and provided this salon contact no (mobile No. [protected]) and requested me to provide name and mobile number for her to check. And i whatsapp to this [protected] on 01/12/22 also. But don't receive response and follow up, resend again to this no. [protected] on 02/12/22 then received and message informed me 'Your eyebrow shaping package still have balance 8 time only". My anger raised up again.
One of another lady called my mobile around 12.31pm, told me again that my package only left eyebrow shaping and Oil Clog Remover package expired. And told me the my Oil Clog Remover package valid 6 months only. I asked her that why your salon don't continue follow up to customer or remind this package validity, and your lady said that got send one (1) message in year 2019, but i don't receive this message. Mean that one (1) message to follow up customer and customer don't response and reply then leave it like that. This is very responsible attitude.
I very anger and very disappointment, due to get beauty expert need to get sales target and hard sell package to customer and no responsible to follow up to customer about packaged signed.
Hard sell package to customers and forced customer signed package and don't hard sell follow up/reminder to customer.
And I spend money and haven't used this package and package expired. I would like to request to refund for this package.
