I ordered a Smart bot sweeper on Sunday September 18,2022. Then on Monday September 19,2022 I canceled the order because they were going to take over $100.00 out of my account each month. I told them that I wanted to cancel the order. They gave me a cancellation number of KC021. Then on September 19,2022 I received the item called Robotvacuum01 Description SmartBot GN 1 visa qty 1 order number 1706897. I called them on Thursday September 22,2022 @ 1:31pm & Friday September 23 @ 10:53 & September 23,2022 @ 10:53 & Friday September 23,2022 @ 11:55. The recording told me “You are the next in line your wait time is less than 2 minutes, I held on for 34 minutes & a recording kept coming up. Your call is important to us please continue to remain on the line and the next available representative will be with you shortly. We realize your time is valuable if you would like us to call you back without losing your place in line please press number 3. If you do not receive a call back it may have gotten to late in your region for a call back, please call back tomorrow. I pressed number 3 & they did not call me back. They told me what my phone number was so they knew my phone number

The Smartbot Sweeper is a piece of Junk and I wish I had never ordered it!

I was another one of the fools that bought the smart But Butsweeper. It is a terrible piece of junk. Now my credit card bill comes and not only am I charged for the sleeper but I am charged $71.97 thanks for I didn't know what It is a terrible piece of junk. I called the phone number Attached and I am told that my cancelation will now go through same number as the other person said above K C 021. They know they're screwing people but she tells me I must pay the $72 because I did not cancel in time. I still don't know in time for what.. Some kind of membership and I was supposed to cancel within 72 hours which makes no sense to me because of a because of the product only came a long time after that. She tells me She tells me that She told me that I joined a membership With some kind of value dollars attached. There is no information nothing more was sent to me. Even the paper that came in with the product has no address or information Just a blank piece of warranty paper Which of course I have absolutely no way of using without an address. They've got a racket going and are stealing people's money left and right.

i had the same exact experience and same cancellation # KC021 that the other people have received. scam alert ,I'm going to try to dispute with my credit card company

If you read the TOS (FINE PRINT) it explains all the charges you will incur.

I'm on some list to try products at low prices. I don't normally do them, but I have a good quality robot vac downstairs and wanted something cheap for upstairs. This seemed worth checking out. I read details and nothing was noted about future charges. So I tried it. Then noticed a charged on my cc 2 days ago for $57 . I called the # and got the message listed above. I waited and waited. Then finally agreed to a call back. Hours later a CA number called me and some woman mumbled quietly about being from cs. I asked her about what company they were. The company coming up in my cc bill was for this cheesy makeup I'd never wear. I couldn't understand her. She was super quiet and even though clearly from the US couldn't carry on a conversation. I finally asked her if I was on speaker phone and if so to take me off. She did. I could finally hear her, though it didn't improve her communication skills at all. I couldn't get an answer from her and all she told me was the only charge in my acct was 7.99. I finally gave up. I called back tonight and the woman said I had a membership and she would refund 30%. ... I told her no.. 100%... she went to 50%. I told her 100%... or I was writing reviews all over the internet. She finally agreed to a full refund. I told her at the end that I work in sales from home and it's for a reputable company. I suggested she check around to a company to work for that she could feel good about. She got angry .. anyway. Ended the call and she proceeded to send 2 scam emails to me telling me to send $1000 or they'd share my wanking vids. She also included an email stating eat [censored] and a pic of her flipping me off. I usually am careful. I can't beleive I fell for this cheese scam!

Yes I got scammed by them too for 67.00 and then 11.99 for vacuum they returned it and I can't now get a hold of them for the return tracking number, when they sold me the vacuum it didn't say nothing about monthly charges as of Dec 31st haven't received anything.

Alongside these people, I have been charged $50.00 unaware. Apparently they tried to take $62.97 from my account previously before I placed in any sort of cash into my card. I called in with a women and she said she was able to get me a 50% refund, after reading some of these comments I regret not going for that 100% refund.

Apparently, I signed up for a product testing position previously to see if this sweeper bot would be useful to me. With my honest review, the sweeper bot is a lot cheaper then what it's worth. Your probably better off making your own or even buying your own. Now to the issue, they recently made a transaction of $50.00 from my account without notifying me of this payment on January 6, until today when I checked my balance. This is a big red flag especially as I only paid for shipping which was $11.99, they never mentioned anything about a trial if I paid for shipping and honestly now I just feel dumb for falling for a too good to believe flimsy item. They apparently tried to take $62.97 out of my account on December 29 previously before the $50.00 transaction on January 6, which just shows that they don't even have a legit system rather a way to just steal money from your pockets. Please be careful, do your research before buying a product that's to good to be true. Hopefully this will help others.

Try this number [protected] or +[protected]. Took me awhile but i finally got through and had them cancel and gave 50% refund immediately. I feel stupid for falling for this scam
