Smartways Logistics review: Fraudulent and Appalling service

Our orthopedics company uses Smartways Logistics to ship
our goods. On numerous occasions more often than not we find our shipments are extremely late or missing. They often forge the signatures of the receivers to disguise the real delivery time which can be delivered 3 hours to
5 days late. The Melbourne coordinator Kon is just a down right lier and shonk. We have tried to change courier companies but Richard Afman the owner of Smartways Logistics is paying on a monthly basis to our national manager a handsome bribe/commission to ignore these issues. We have already lost the contracts of several surgeons which equate to hundreds of thousands of lost sales.

Watch out this business is extremely unethical!
