My husband and I bought into the membership because we were shown sites where you could supposedly get greatly reduced rates on various vacation rentals. We were supposed to have three days after signing the contract to look it over and cancel if we wanted to, but the website was not available to look at for more than five days after signing the contract. When we complained, we were told we couldn't cancel because it was beyond the deadline. I sent several emails to the representatives at the company and have never gotten a response. The couple of times I actually did get to speak with someone on the phone, they told me they would look into it and get back to me but never have. We are very angry and disappointed because they continue to draft our checking account. If we stop paying, they will send negative info to credit bureau on us.

C Renne Weiss, affiliated with SmokeyMountainsPropertiesNet, attempts to and sells lots she does not own. She has amale accomplice who accompanies her in a separate vehicle and is armed. She has landsurveyors in her pocket which have little state supervision. Customers are advised to buy title insurance keeping her clear of lawsuits or prosecution. Real land owners don't realizing lots are being sold til new tenants show up to build. True owners must lawyer up costing more than land values. Stacks of cases in SevierCountyTN Chancery court. RealEstate Agents, Legal professionals, State of Tennessee receive millions, land owners zero.

My husband and I was deceived also by this company and we even had a lawyer to look into it. They charged us with a $5000.00 credit and we have been paying, paying and paying but we get nothing! Nothing for $5, 000.00. This is a big scam!

My husband and I fell for the scam also. I wish there was some way to warn others. By the time I got to a computer to research the agency, it was too late! I don't know how those people sleep at night!

It was never my intent to get into this smoky mt getaway deal. They said we had "3 days" to think about this. My husband is so gullible about these things. So the only way I went into this was to be able to pay a certain price to get rid of some timeshares we had so as to not have as many to pay maintenance fees to.
Of course, as usual, he did not want to do that and lose the money spent to obtain them.
I think all this is totally ridiculous! I told him how much money we would save in the end after getting rid of a few timeshares-save by getting rid of them and not having to pay those maintenance fees. But he said he did not want to do that, which I think what he's doing is very STUPID! My idea I think is a good one--to get rid of a few timeshares and not have to pay for those maintenance fees. In other words, he lied to me about this!
I do not know what to do. If something happened to him, I would not be able to pay those maintenance fees every year. My credit would be real bad. So I would have to get rid of them. I would have no choice over this matter. I would have to get rid of them in order to be able to survive with the regular expenses. I would not have enough money to be able to pay for them each year so I would have to get rid of those timeshares.
SO PLEASE DO NOT, REPEAT DO NOT GET INTO THIS SHAM!
It's not worth it!

I worked for smg and did not understand why people only had a 3 day cancellation policy. The owner Jeff Earle has now switched company names but doing the same thing at the Grand Majestic Theatre. The new name of the company is River Crossing Properties, but if you look for River Crossing Condominiums you will find it. The owner's email is jeff@allseasonsgroup.com
They claim to be a family christian organization but from what ive seen is all they care about is ripping people off. It wont take long to change names again.
