I book a hotel for two nights at the westin cape coral resort in flordia. Sept 27 and 28th. 2022 - thru u guys. Due to a major hurricane "ian" the hotel shut down for safety reasons. They called and told me not to come closing- state emergency. Fl state law states companies cannot take advantage of people during a major storm, it is punishible by

law. I have reported this to bbb and the attorney genereal and the mayor ron desantis. I want a refund of the 500.96 which i paid on my credit card plus interest the bank is now charging me.
