Received invoice for magazine subscription that was never ordered. Received one issue of Soap Opera Digest, then several more invoices requesting, then demanding payment for the phony subscription. The name given was not even anyone at our household address -- they used one person's first name and another person's last name at this address. The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I sent a check to readers publication for $38.00 for magazines. The check was cashed on 1/31/2007 and I have not received my magazines.
