I have never been contacted by anyone, past or present.

I do not consent to anyone working with my brother, Torolan Demetrius Williams 2/1/1966. or my ex-husband, Bobby L. Burnett 5/16/1967. I removed them as references and/or witnesses.

I'm aware SSA/AFGE Local 1395/EEOC 500 W. Madison Chicago, IL and 230 S. Dearborn EEOC Attorneys are housed at our apartment complex temporarily to stop my Petition2020004278. The same attacks I have experienced 2009 to present. I won everything and received nothing, due to the attacks of creating fake whistleblower reports; erroneous hearing transcripts; derogatory messages from allege exe's.

I have been married for 17 years. I have nothing to do with any exe's, me or my husband.

I do not consent to his ex-wife, Brenda K. Huntley or his son, Christopher Huntley. I'm aware they have filed for benefits using my husband information in the past with my former supervisor, Melanie Woodill.

I'm aware my former co-worker, Jacqueline E. Reed, Tina Mundy, and other's are continually impersonating me.

These are the same attacks when an employee file claims.

My consent is to keep imposters from obtaining my information. In the past, my former supervisor Caroline M. Thompson acted as my representative and I was unaware.

I am also aware my former co-workers received my monetary awards from AFGE Local 1395, I have never received.

I am retired and would like direct responses.

Please notify Inspector General staff the importance of confidentiality. I would greately appreciate it.

I perceive illegal applications are continually filed in my name, seeking to replace the decision in December 2020 I never received.

The agency officials obtain your decision illegally and revamp everything documented. The same attacks which is the cause of delay.
