Softserve Clothing review: Order never received

This company is a complete ripoff.

I have placed 4 different orders with the company, first October 2023, second November 2022, third January 2023, and last February 2023. It is August 2023 and have yet to receive a single item or even any shipping notifications.

I reached out to them almost 10 different times since placing my first order to check on it and every time they kept pushing out the “guaranteed arrival” time. Last month (July 2023), I finally put my foot down and requested they cancel my orders and refund me. They said they did so, but it’s been a month and they have not cancelled my orders or refunded me and still no updates.

I have filed a complaint with the BBB but nothing came of it. I’m to the point where I considered suing them. It shouldn’t take a YEAR for stupid sweatshirts and joggers! And I am tired of the B.S. false promises I’ve heard multiple times throughout the past year from their worthless customer service. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK NOW!
