SoftwareAU Inc review: The software was unlicensed

I have opened the website of SoftwareAU Inc. It was mentioned that the software was directly downloaded to my computer from the seller. I have paid with my card and the software was installed on my computer. You know what I got the notice from Microsoft that this software was unlicensed. I was shocked and of course decided to ask the customer services about it. The seller said that they would refund me, but still nothing has happened.
