I ordered a dress from Sogown.com and it took a while for it to come, like 2 months. When I finally got it, I was totally disappointed because it looked nothing like the picture on the website. Also, the dress didn't even fit me properly, like it was made for someone else entirely. When I contacted the customer service peeps, they told me I should just get it tailored to fit me better, but come on guys, that ain't even an option. I just wanted to return the darn thing! But guess what? They told me that it would be really expensive to send it back to China where it came from, and they would only give me back a measly 10 percent of what I paid. That's not what it says on the website at all. It's supposed to be a full refund. And the only time I could get a 20 percent refund was when I raised my voice. Talk about sketchy. So please, don't order from this place. It's a scam!

So I bought a gown from Sogown and boy was I sorry. As soon as I hit the purchase button, I saw all these bad reviews about the site. Even though I wanted to cancel my order right away, I was told that they'd only give me back eighty percent of my money. That's unfair because it didn't seem like my order was already being processed. It's been more than sixty days and I haven't gotten my refund yet. Even after trying to contact them time and time again, no one has replied to my emails. Do yourself a favor and don't buy anything from these foreign scamsters. Better to be safe than sorry. I'm never shopping there again. It's just a massive rip-off if you ask me.

Just got my dress from Sogown and honestly, I'm feeling a bit bummed out. The dress itself looks like the correct style and color, but when I put it on I quickly noticed that the size was all wrong. Not sure what happened there, but the measurements for US 14 are definitely incorrect on their size chart. I reached out to customer service and they asked me to send over pictures of the dress. It's really disappointing because it's not fair that they don't stick to their refund policy. I have all of the emails as proof that this really happened.

And to top it all off, I couldn't even write a review on Yelp, cause their info don't show up at all, not even the name "So Gowns"! That's just shady!

Honestly, I feel like this website is nothing but a bunch of frauds and scammers. Like, if you're looking for some beautiful gowns to wear, don't even waste your time with these guys! They're absolute imposters and you'll only end up wasting your time and money! So, do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from Sogown.com! Trust me, it ain't worth it!

So, I bought this dress for my daughter's wedding from Sogown (sogown.com). But, unfortunately it did not fit right and I was quite upset. However, to my dismay, I could not get in touch with the company. I tried sending emails but none of them were legit. I was left with no other option but to return the dress to the address it came from, since I did not receive any proper response from Sogown. After returning the dress, they finally emailed me confirming the receipt of the dress. To my surprise, they also said that they would charge me $30! I refused to pay an extra $30 after already paying $12 for shipping.

To make matter worse, I received my credit card statement and was charged again for the dress for $152! This is downright fraudulent, and I'm not gonna take this lying down. I'm currently working with my credit card company to sort out the issue. I think Sogown needs to be shut down immediately. This is fraud at its finest, and innocent people like me should not be taken advantage of in this way.

Do not, under any circumstances, order from Sogown.com. They are the worst! These people are thieves and will take your money without any remorse. I made the mistake of purchasing a dress from them and it was a total disaster. The belt was completely torn and it wouldn't even zip up properly. And do not even get me started on the sewing job - it was atrocious. It was like a beginner made this dress. I checked their website for the return policy, but it was no use - there isn't one! So now, I'm stuck with this terrible dress. I reached out to the company that sent me the dress, ZHAO MENG in Carson, CA, and I'm in the process of filing a claim against them.

Another thing worth mentioning is that Sogown.com does not care about their customers. They do not read reviews, no matter how bad they are. This just shows how little they care about the quality of their products and the satisfaction of their customers.

In conclusion, I urge you to stay away from this company. They don't care about the quality of their products nor their customers' satisfaction. Trust me, you'll regret it if you order from them.
