This is the only shoe I'm allowed to wear at work they are the worst shoes I have ever worn. Bought 3 different sizes and width to try. They hurt so bad I still have blood blisters on top of my toes. Absolute Disaster
I placed an order for two pairs of shoes for a new job with 2 day priority shipping. I placed this order a week in advance as a precaution. The two days pass with the order still showing at the warehouse. I called and was informed there had been a mistake and they had not been shipped. They then told me they needed to investigate the matter and this would take 3-5 business days AND this team does not work on the weekends! I am still perplexed on why it would take 3-5 business days to figure out that the shoes did not ship, as it took us a matter of seconds to hammer this out on the phone. The fact that it takes this company 3-5 business days to figure out an order did not ship is a perfect example of why customers should be leary of doing business with this company. I then asked for them to cancel the order and they told me they could not cancel an order that was being investigated. So now I was left with no shoes and could not cancel the order. I spoke with a manager and the only thing they would offer is to refund the shipping and send the order out with "free" two day priority shipping. I asked if they could upgrade me to next day shipping and they said I would have to pay the difference between two day and next day shipping. I am now SIX days past the date I was suppose to receive my shoes with no shoes for my first day of my new job. Absolutely horrendous customer service! They have no regard for taking care of their customers and several people I spoke with offered no apologies whatsoever, while being just outright rude. I will never place an order with this company again, and I caution anyone reading this review to beware of this company that cares so little about their customers.
Customer Service HORRIBLE
On June 14th I purchased a pair of socks and shoes for my sons birthday. We received them June 19th. It is July 22nd, 3 days past the 30 days return policy. This company is a joke about satisfaction guaranteed. My son had an allergic reaction to the socks so I attempted to return for the $30 back. They are expensive socks, otherwise they would've just been trashed. So the first rep said it is 3 days past the 30 day mark, understandable but give me a break it's 3 freaking days. I ship stuff out for a living that also has a 30 Day Money Back Satisfaction Guaranteed Policy as well and if 3 days past the mark it wouldn't even be close to an issue. So this is the first excuse they give, and I explained these were a birthday present and were not given to him on the 19th, he didn't even open until a couple days later. Didn't matter. So I said okay if you can't help put a manager on the phone. This guy was even more ridiculous, pathetic and A LIAR. First excuse, 3 days past the 30 days, okay and then I came back with the, give me a break, it's only 3 days. Then he said OH NO, the 30 day money back return policy starts the day the item is ordered. I said EXCUSE ME. That is not a 30 day warranty. You can't possibly start a 30 day warranty when the item isn't even if the persons hands. I called BS on that. So his 3rd and final excuse was, these are worn socks and won't don't take back used items. I said oh really, well if that is the actual case then why didn't you explain that from the get go. If that is also the case why did the rep before you not tell me this, maybe you should better train your employees because you're doing a horrible job. He was totally full of crap and there is no talking or reasoning with these people. I told him his company is a joke and hung up. As much as my sons raves about the shoes we will find another company to order from. Also they should learn how to speak English as you are in the UNITED STATES!

I called Shoes for Crews and they were unhelpful beyond belief and basically told me fed ex delivered the product when in fact my nor my wife ever received anything. I feel as though they basically took our money and did not follow up on any type of investigation and clearly didn't care to trust their customers that something is obviously wrong if neither one of the two orders were filled. Poor customer service and very poor business etiquette. It's as good as stealing to me.

Paid for 3-5 day shipping, rc'vd in 9 days. Non-disclosed restocking fee I purchased a new pair of shoes for my job in the restaurant industry. I needed them in 8 days. I paid for the 3-5 day shipping. I did not receive the shoes before my job started so I had to buy them from one of the other employees who had an extra pair. The day I finally received my order (9 days later) I returned them to Shoes for Crews for a refund since they arrived too late. When I received my refund they took out the $6.98 shipping fee I paid and a $6.95 restocking fee. The restocking fee was never disclosed ahead of time on the website. When I called to ask about it, the customer service manager had to walk me through 5 minutes of navigating on the website in order to find it - ONLY visible after initiating the return process. I asked for one of those two fees to be refunded to me since it was their fault I needed to return them since they did not deliver them to me in the amount of time they promised. They refused. Mario, the customer service manager was very condescending on the phone and completely unwilling to provide any customer service. This is a horrible company and I have no idea why they have an A+ rating - I would advise EVERYONE to steer clear!

Placed an order with a coupon code. CC didn't work and upon inquiry was told the company had an exclusions list not available to the consumer. Found a pair of shoes to order on website. Website provided a 15% off first order with providing an email address. When completing the order the coupon code did not work. Called sales and asked why and they said they had no idea. Sales attempted a 10% code and that also didn't work. Placed my order anyway. I called sales the next day and again Sales had no idea why the code would not work and initiated a help ticket; I was informed that I would hear back in 48-72 hours but after over a week, no email or callback. I called a 3rd time and Sales informed me that there was an exclusions list that is not available to the public and that is why the coupon would not work; I commented that was unfair and so she called her supervisor. Sales took down some more information and requested I stay close by the phone as the supervisor would be calling me in a few minutes. The supervisor never called. I was disappointed that the transaction was made so difficult, that Sales was not informed on why the coupon would not work nor given ownership to "make things right" and that supervision would not call back. Even a bigger issue is being informed that by providing my email address for their files I would be provided a discount and then the discount is not valid- yet I now receive daily emails with more "coupon codes". Either I encountered 4 unqualified persons in a row or it is SOP to defraud the consumer.

That was Monday June 8th. It said I would receive tracking details when it shipped. Shoes for crews NEVER SENT the tracking number. On Wednesday June 24th wondering why I never received any sort of email let alone my shoes after waiting weeks on end as well as having already paid for the shoes, I decided to call. After waiting quite a long time on hold I am told by shoes for crews they have "no idea whats going on," but they'll look into it. At that point I ask for a refund. A shoe company that can't send tracking information and/or cant send out a replacement pair when their shippers lose the package is just poor business. I was told it *** take 1-3 business days to process. I specifically asked for an email referencing what the employee said so I have a paper trail wink wink, next is exactly what was sent to me. " A request has been submitted for additional research in reference to invoice # XXXXXXXX. This request *** be researched and handled within 24-48 business hours. You *** receive another notification once this has been handled. Please reference ticket # XXXXXX should you call to inquire on the status of this request. " YET AGAIN I RECEIVED NOTHING no email, no refund, no phone call. WHY explicit state you resolution process and then blatantly disregard it? WORST BUSINESS PHILOSOPHY EVER. the tracking I finally received XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX shows I never received the shoes, stop holding my money hostage and do what YOU SAID YOU WOULD and refund me.

Placed an order on 6/16, received email shipped on 6/18. Never received shoes, requested refund 6/25, refusing to refund. Placed an order on 6/16, order #XXXXXXXX for one pair of shoes. Received email that shoes had shipped via FedEx tracking XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX on 6/18. There was no movement on shipping after that, called company to inquire where shoes were on 6/23 as FedEx advised they never received the package to be delivered. I was told by customer service they would need to researchand get back to me. Never heard anything back. Called back in to customer service on 6/25 and a ticket (TTicket#XXXXXX) was created requesting a refund because by this point other shoes had been ordered and received by another company. I placed a call every day from the 25th of June onward, to get an update or status of the ticket. I was promised call backs and emails, never received either. On 7/1, spoke with a "supervisor" (Joseph ext.7645) who promised to escalated the ticket (after I had been told it had been done previously) and nothing happened, nor did I receive follow-up from Joseph as promised. On 7/7, I receive an email from the company stating that they were sending out a replacement order from the TTicket#XXXXXX request. This after me calling everyday for 2 weeks trying to get my money back, which is documented throughout the order notes! I called BACK IN to customer service on 7/7 to try and get BACK to Joseph @ ext.7645 and the initial representative refused to put me through for almost 10 minutes! She refused to go through the notes or assist in any fashion other than offer to have someone call me back (which has NEVER happened), until I told her I was not disconnecting the call until I spoke with a supervisor. She placed me on hold and put me through to Joseph @ ext.7645. Joseph then proceeded to apologize and stated he doesn't know why they sent out a replacement when he escalated the ticket to HIS manager for a refund request. This was literally the third time I heard this from him and other reps. I advised Joseph that I DO NOT WANT THE SHOES, I WANT MY MONEY BACK, AGAIN! Joseph stated he *** have to open ANOTHER escalated ticket (TTicket#XXXXXX). I have never had a more unpleasant experience with a company, EVER! I asked for the coporate number to reach out to speak to someone and was provided with XXX-XXX-XXXX. The number is for corporate but there is no option to speak with an operator or anything. If you do not have a direct ext for a particular party the number is USELESS. I just want my money refunded to me.

Sent me the wrong sized shoes twice. Both times I was told it was due to shortage of the size and recommended to buy another to ensure correct shoe. I purchased SKU XXXXX on 08/28 in a size 10.5 Nothing was mentioned about being "low on stock" or anything of the sort. I was shipped a size 5. The invoice and sticker on the box claimed 10.5 but was clearly a size 5. I called with an issue on 09/02. The woman told me that due to the low stock I was unable to simply exchange them for a correct size, I would have to complete the purchase again. I have never heard of this being a practice, they should be making their error correct. Obviously, the stock should be accounted for. I completed my purchase, refund only being offered once they received their size 5 back, thats irritating but I went about it the way they suggested to me. Today, 09/04 I receive a new pair of shoes. They are packaged the same, again, clearly being charged for a size 10.5 and given a size 5. Now I am out the $84 for both pairs until they are both received for a refund. I was given the same answer by their representative. I have two options, I can either return them for a refund or attempt to order yet ANOTHER pair of 10.5 shoes. I have copies of both invoices and return labels for both pairs. I have never been so infuriated with a companies lack of delivery or simple customer service practices. They also made it seem so kind to "forgive the restocking fee" of which I should never be asked to pay when its clear as day they made a mistake, not once, but twice. On a simple order of one pair of shoes. A company that literally has shoes in their company name. Shoes that I need for work, non slip shoes, that my type of work requires. I am truly baffled being in the industry of customer service, that a company would allow such callous practice to continue. It seems like they cannot keep track of stock, keep tabs on their packers or are actually attempting to gain money through people being unable to make returns in time.
