Mixed Experiences with Naturalizer
As someone who has been a loyal customer of Naturalizer for years, I have had mixed experiences with their products and services. While I have found some of their shoes to be comfortable and stylish, I have also encountered issues with quality and customer support. One particular instance stands out where I ordered a pair of boots that fell apart within a week of wearing them. Despite reaching out to customer service, I faced challenges in getting a resolution due to their return policy. It was a disappointing experience that left me questioning the overall consistency of their products. While Naturalizer offers a range of sizes and styles, it's essential to be cautious and manage expectations when making a purchase.
If you need wide widths in comfortable shoes with great
If you need wide widths in comfortable shoes with great style, this is the best place. Thanks goodness for their selection and the reviews are very hones especially when it comes to correctness of fit. Not cheap, but there are some very good end of season sales.
Fabulous!
I have my Fabulous, Comfortable, Classic style Bzees on...
My Bzees Collections are now Four... love them all.
Each is unique in their own way.
People ask me where I got them from... and of course I say, "Naturalizer"...
Thanks to you I walk proud and strong.

Work Heels
I'm seeing a lot of awful reviews for the online shop and that may be so, but I got mine in person and I absolutely love them. The customer service was fantastic and the shoes themselves are high quality and very comfortable for work plus are slip-resistant! (I'm a hostess and am standing for up to 8 hours). I looked absolutely everywhere for certified non-slip shoes that weren't massive clogs and honestly this is the best place to look for a dressier style. I highly recommend Naturalizer shoes. Not only do they look good but they function well too for standing/walking jobs.
Demi at customer service & Sarah her supervisor -- EXCELLENT
I purchased Naturalizer booties on Amazon which didn't fit but by mistake I returned them toNaturalizer. I explained the situation and Naturalizer was very understanding of the situation and with the help of Demi at Customer Service and her supervisor Sarah they offered me a few options, one to issue me a Naturalizer credit for the cost of the booties $73, issue me a gift card to be used for the purchase of any Naturalizer footwear, or mail me a company check. This is a great company and I will definitely do business with them in the future. More USA companies should learn from Naturalizer. Bravo!.
Best Customer Service Ever!
I was shocked to read a review that states otherwise about the Burlington Centre(Mall) store. I have been a regular returning customer of this store for years. The staff has always been very helpful to me and has gone out of their way to problem solve to find shoes to fit my awkward sized feet. They have ordered shoes for me, searched different stores and even looked into various alternatives to help me find the perfect fit. They cater to all of my needs in store and even offer to hold my purchases in the back room while I complete my shopping. Only complaint would be the store needing a revamp as the carpeting has had its day. Great location, excellent service and a wide variety of shoes at great prices. Way to go Naturalizer!
Awesome Experience
I went to Famous footwear in Galleria mall in Henderson, NV to find wide width shoes for my mom. F famous footwear did not have any styles in store that would suit. I was advised by one of the employees that I could probably find suitable shoes for her at Naturalized on Las Vegas Blvd. Thank goodness my husband also loves my mom because he didn't hesitate to say he'd drive me. Natasha G., at Naturalized, not only descibed the labels that made the wide widths more visible, she literally picked out shoes appropriate for my mom and this helped me by speeding up the time I had to spend going up and down the aisles on my own. I purchased 3 pair of shoes for my mom. I'll definitely be going back to this store because my mom lives in another state and I will be shopping for her frequently.

Worst customer service ever!
Assistant manager at Burlington mall needs to be educated on customer service and people's skills. She is the rudest, most ignorant, uneducated person i have ever met. My mother misplaced her receipt because she is suffering from dementia, but I was given all the required details to get a duplicate receipt printed out because I had all the required details on my phone. Not only did she refuse to help, she went on to give me a lecture on how my mother should not be "allowed" to have access to receipts. I couldn't believe what I was hearing! Dementia is a mental illness that can impact anyone, it's tough on the person and the entire family, I tried explaining this, but she AM kept getting ruder and ruder, giving unreasonable lectures on how people with dementia - should probably be locked in rooms and not allowed anywhere!?!? I was getting no where with this ignorant insensitive person. I asked her to call CS and ask the for assistance (they said it was very easy when I called, similar to what Niagara staff mentioned), she refused explaining she could not get the receipt. She finally called Niagara, it took two seconds to get the receipt, literally! Not once did she apologize for not knowing how to do her job, or for the insensitive comments she made about my mum, instead, she stood her ground and told me to "make sure my mother was kept away from receipts in the future). It's stressful enough to have to deal with all the stress that comes with mental illness, but the most stressful thing is having to deal with ignorant people who clearly don't have a clue about what millions of people are suffering from. I left the store in tears yesterday. I will never recommend or buy anything from Naturalizer anymore. You need to educate your staff before hiring them. The way I was treated is totally unacceptable and point blank wrong. This particular employee needs to be talked to. The second employee (European lady) was witness to what I faced yesterday, she kept apologizing for what I witnessed yesterday, please feel free to reach out to her should you require evidence. I feel like going to the media with this, I am an activate on Mental Awareness, after all the campaigns and education we are spreading, it's extremely hard to believe someone so ignorant would be hired as Assistant Manager at a famous company in Canada!
Worst customer service ever
I was baffled today by the terrible customer service I received, if there was a choice of negative stars, I would have done so. A young sales person at Naturalizer in Southgate Edmonton, refused to give me her name, all I know that she was darker skinned and young, Around 7 pm on November 19th I was shopping for shoes at Naturallizer and I asked the girl if they had any sales, and she saiid, no there is none today, So I asked her to help me get a size 8 and a half, she got me the boots I tried then on and asked her if she could get me another style in the same size and then I said I was going over to Rogers facing Naturalizer to charge my phone and came back and the young lady wis helping another customer. I asked her if she found the other boots, and she said she was helping another customer, so while I was waiting I was talking to my friend and the young lady approached me and asked me if I had an account with them and what was my phone number. I told her if she could check the boots I asked her about and ttat I was on the phone and that I was busy at the time and will tell her my phone number when I was done. When I ended the conversation with my friend about half a minute later, i asked her if she got me the boots, she was not helping any other customer at the time, she said, no I did not because you said you were busy, despite the fact that I have given her the boot in her hand and asked for a size 8 and a half twice. Then she went in to get the boots and was gone for a good 7 to 10 minutes, way longer than usual, so I called her and said, it is Ok do not look for the other boots, I will take these, She came back glaring, at me, then I gave her three gift cards to pay for the boots, I asked her are you sure there is absolutely no sale, she said oh yes, there is a 20 percent sale, a fact that puzzled me, because she inittially said, there was no sale. I asked her when she was using the cards if she could just use the ones with the higher amount because that may be enough to pay for the boots, She said she already used all three and that I would have a balance on one of them, I asked her if she could change that to keep the one with the smaller amount, she answered, no, you gave me all 3 did not you, I can't do that. Then I asked her what her name was, she said, I do not have to give you my name, and then she said, You obviously have a problem, to which I replied, I am not getting into this with you. She just glared at me, and said what? So I said, that is unbelievable, and I left, what terrible customer service! And I usually get very good customer service at Southgate Naturalizer, which surprised me even more.
Camry Platform Sandal
I bought a pair of Naturalizer sandals 3 months ago at Macy's I wore them about 6 times and the straps at the base broke off. I buy naturalizer shoes because there are comfortable and are supposed to last you for a while but I'm disappointed at this pair of shoes. It's been over a month that I wanted to do something or say something but I was not sure who to contact.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund

Shoes Purchased
I purchased through Macy's your shoe entitled "Banks" in a size 7M in Black and in Ivory a while ago.
I recently put them on to go to a function and the inside totally fell apart. I wore them one time and I have never seen a pair of shoes fall apart that quickly.
It appears that the insides are some cheap material and not leather and apparently fall apart the minute you wear them.
Both pairs of shoes were not worn and both are starting to fall apart on the inside.
The company needs to do something about it so please contact me.

Orders on line issues
I have been having issues with ordering on line for the first time. It wasn't this way last September. I placed an order Ont Oct 9 and according to customer service it was canceled, but it still shows processing. My frustration is it's under my Quadpay and I'm still paying! I tried to speak to a supervisor over the phone the wait is so long! My break from work was already done! I just need someone to help me to take it out of the system and I hope the amount I have already paid will be refunded to me by Quadpay. I even had to do another purchase through my Apple Pay and it's still the same problem but I can dispute that thru my bank. But the original order I made it's just sitting there. Help!

Hello, my name is Mailí Melchor. I am a nurse here in Chicago, IL. I am Latina. I was shopping with one of my friends at your store about an hour ago. (1/9/21). I asked for a seat for my friend to try on a pair of boots and was rudely denied a seat. Then when I asked to speak to another store associate, a blonde male employee rushed me, and I feared for my...

Just received in the mail. Whereas the box says an 11. "on" the shoe, this company stuck a sticker over the size 9 on the box (that was half peeling off) to reflect it was an 11. What? Are you serious??? Now customer service is giving the run around. Horrible horrible "company"! Apparently, naturalizer has trained their company to work in this manner!!! Do* not* order* from* this* company!!!

That's a period of time Naturalizer shoes used to be considered very good. I am unable to find a corporate office .
I wore these yesterday for a few hours to my friend Jane's Celebration of life and they disintegrated inside. It turned to a pebble like consistency inside...it acutally hurt to wear the shoes...and here I am at a funeral.
Looking closely I see that they are made in China and when I look online their headquarters are in China- I am so disgusted everything's made in China, I will never buy Naturalizer shoes again.
I am so disappointed...used to be their shoes would last forever...
I doubt they would do anything...

a pair of shoes I wore very little
I purchased a pair of clogs not long ago. They have been worn VERY few times. Today I wore them to a baby shower. They literally DISINTEGRATED! The soles started falling apart, , the heel on one it absolutely gone and the other is split all to pieces!?For what I paid for these shoes they should last a long time! Even if they were worn a lot which these have NOT been!? Photos are attached
customer service / shipping / refunds
Absolutely terrible! First of all, their customer service phone number is not easily accessible. You have to google it on your own. The "email" option they give you on their site to contact them is bogus. I had ordered a pair of shoes (my first order from them) online and received the immediate confirmation email but a shipping email never followed. I just kept waiting and attempting to contact to find out but to no avail. Eventually I realized my order was clearly not coming but I had already been charged. I submitted several emails through their site. Someone eventually wrote me back and sent me a tracking number. The tracking number showed the package had been returned to sender (them) weeks ago. So they had my order and my money. And I had to pester to get any form of response. I replied to the email chain several times asking for a refund or at least confirmation that they would or would not be re shipping the package. They have a "chat" function on their site, again the phone number is not there. I had to be wildly aggressive and make threats to get the person on the other end of the chat to refund me. Absolutely terrible. This was two months after my order. No tracking ID is sent. No customer service. No response! They did not re ship the order or refund me when they got it back in the mail. They were just going to keep my money I guess?! Terrible. They refunded me and send me a coupon code to apologize. I foolishly decided to use the coupon and order from them again. I'm a fool. This time I record a shipping email with tracking. My package was, according to the tracking, delivered to "the mail room." I have no mail room?! I've been communicating with USPS who cannot find the package and does not know how there was a mixup. I FINALLY got someone from Naturalizer to respond to me and they said they only refunded my last order as a courtesy and they normally never do that so there is nothing they can do. That's it. So I have no package and they have my money?! This company is fraud and terrible customer service. Do not order from here. Aerosoles.com everyone. They respond and have customer service. Also do not scam you.
I'm having this issue now. Been worrying two weeks to have shoes delivered!
I want my money back
You know what? I don't wanna know their reasons, I don't wanna hear their stupid excuses regarding my situation and why it happened. Who cares why and how it happened, if they charged me twice for the same item and now they keep this money not willing to just send it back? I think it's a robbery, they think it's not. I want to get a refund, they want to give me a credit, even though I already said that I am not going to buy anything from them at all, so their credits make no sense. Moreover, as a customer, I have the right to get my money back. Probably they have no idea about this.
Please read the review
I can't say anything good about Naturalizer, I had the worst time with them. Ordered two pairs of shoes and received one pair. Size was incorrect. The strange part was that on the box it was written 8 but in reality shoes were size 7.
I contacted Naturalizer many times and asked about the missing pair and also asked for a replacement. They never replied.
Only after I checked the reviews I realized how bad was this company. I'm in a terrible situation, Naturalizer got my money and I have only one pair of shoes which is too small and don't fit.
After this horrible experience I'm afraid to buy anything online.
Terrible service!
I have purchased a pair of shoes from www.naturalizer.com website and I regret that! Remember that these guys will not refund you no matter what!
Shoes I received were way too small so I contacted Naturalizer and asked for a replacement for a bigger size and they said ok. I shipped the shoes back in soon they were returned to me.
I contacted Naturalizer again and asked what was going on and they said that they were not giving me a refund because shoes were already used! No there were not! As I said before they were too small and there was no way I could ever wear them! Terrible service!
Horrible customer service/communication
I purchased a pair of shoes online for a wedding and they did not fit. I called the company to get a store location to return/exchange them, but there were no local stores and I didn't want to drive out of my way to make the return so I shipped them back at my own expense. I was out of town a lot in the 2 months I had the shoes. I was 2 outside the return policy when I mailed them back. I didn't see this until after I shipped the shoes back. A little over a month after I returned the shoes, they came back to me in the mail. The only correspondence was a highlighted line saying the return policy was 60 days. I have since called numerous times to exchange them for a different pair, but everyone I've talked to says that I can not exchange them either. I understand I was a few days late in my return, but I don't want my money back. I simply want to exchange my unworn shoes and am told no by everyone I talk to. I insist on speaking to a manager every time I call and am told someone will get in touch with me in a few days every time, but I never get a call back. I've sent at least 4 emails and made more than that amount of calls and no one seems to care I have a pair of shoes I can not wear. Unbelievable "customer service". It's like pulling teeth and I've gotten no where. Do not buy from this company.

I returned several pairs of shoes. I needed a half-size larger. At my own expense, I mailed the items back to Naturalizer. According to the USPS, the boxes arrived 9/13/18. I have been trying to contact them through Naturalizer.com for 2 days. I spent 15 minutes on hold waiting for a customer service person twice in 2 days. The Chat feature on the website is non-functional. I resorted to email today. I am impressed with the people who have actually been able to speak to anyone at this company. I can not really trust a company that won't provide easy communication. This is sad because Naturalizer shoes were made for my foot.
I bought a pair of Naturalizer Shoes tried them in the store and walked around. The shoes felt comfortable. I purchased them and wore them to work. After 3 hours of mostly sitting with some walking my feet were throbbing. The shoes have no give whatsoever because they're made of plastic basically. Then I realized all of their shoes are man-made material. They have no flex no breathing. My feet got so swollen up that the next morning trying to walk down the stairs the top of my feet we're numb. Going to try and return them but since I've already worn them I'm sure they won't take them back. Will never buy Naturalizer ever ever again.
I have also experienced the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER from a Naturalizer store in Vacaville CA and have decided I will NEVER ever shop there again. I attempted to exchange a new pair of boots. The girl was nasty, combative and just didn't want to be bothered helping me. I got so frustrated I raised my arms in frustration and the bag and box hit the counter where the pinpad was. The girl working was standing well behind the counter, so at least 5 feet away, plus she was half my age and bigger than me. She ended up calling the police and LIED and said I tried to hit her with the boots. (I spoke to police and everything was fine) I called corporate headquarters and told them of the situation. They apologized many times and said I would receive a response back in two days. I never got a response so I called again and was put on hold for 10 minutes and then got hung up on! I have thrown the boots out as they are the wrong size and never again will I ever shop at Naturalizer. I hope they go out of business.
I agree, they really stand out in their incompetence. I ordered a pair on Naturlizer.com. I got a shipping confirmation (which of course means at that point I get charged). The tracking info never changed from "Label Created" after a week. No response to email Chat function on site does not work. So I called. The rep put me on hold for 15 minutes. Then she came back and said "the store does not have the shoe. The order should have been sent to another store, but that was not done. If you don't receive the shoes in another week you can request a refund." I asked why I had to request a refund if they don't have the shoes? She became flustered and said she was just doing her job (I'm not making this up). I said, no, you're not doing your job, and she said I insulted her. I said that while I certainly didn't want to insult her, allowing the company to keep my $60 without sending me any shoes was, well, theft. I asked for an immediate refund. What I got was a return request email, which I assume means I won't get any money if I don't return a pair of shoes. A pair I never got, of course.
Cheap
I will never again shop at Naturalizer's. They do not stand behind the product. I paid for a pair of shoes to be shipped which had a piece of metal sticking up on the shoe. NOW I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING THAT IS THEIR FAULT.
I totally agree. I purchased a few pairs of shoes from the outlet store in Grapevine Texas. They did not have my size in stock so they had them delivered to my home free. I was told that if they do not fit that I needed to return them to a regular store which is in Arlington, Texas. Not the outlet store. I attempted to return one pair of shoes that the store in Arlington. The woman was quite rude and would not accept my return. She then said that I need to return it to the outlet mall store. I explained to her what I was told. The lady that told me to return it to a regular store was a manger. She again was rude and had a nasty tone with me and said she is not the manager. John is the manger there as long as i can remember. He is the manager. She called the outlet store from a cell phone, but went into the stock room when she spoke with them. She then told me that she would have ups ship the shoes to the outlet store. She gave me a hand written receipt because she attached the original one to it. She told me that as soon as the manager at the outlet receives my shoes he will call me. Then i need to give him my credit card information.
Then she started mumbling about how I should have read my receipt. They can not take returns from a home delivery purchased from the outlet mall and she just kept using a nasty tone with me.
I will never visit a Naturalizer store ever again. I will spend my money else where.
Never received Christmas orders or response.
I ordered from this joke of a company on Nov. 24th, 2010. The money for ALL of my items ordered was charged to my debit card on that same day. I have received NUMEROUS emails asking about was I happy with my items-numerous! I have replied to these emails as well as gone through their customer service email and the phone. I only received 1 item out of 5 ordered and as of today they have only refunded me for 2 items. They still owe me money or an answer to my replies at the very least. I will never buy from these scammers again and will be sure to let as many shoppers as I can know the farce of trying to get naturalizer to pay me back my money. The courtesy of a reply would have been nice as well seeing as I made sure to let them know that these items were gifts for Christmas. What a waste of time and energy dealing with the jokers at this company. never again!

Though I love the brand and half my shoe collection is made up of it, I do not think I will be buying from their site again.
Recently, I ordere two pairs of shoes from their website, both of which I was very excited for. I bought them during the end of the season sale and was extremely pleased with the discounts.
One arrived in a reasonable amount of time, and I fairly pleased with it. Trying to get the other pair, however, was an entirely different story. They sent me tracking information for it, but about a week after I'd bought the shoes, they still hadn't shipped. I emailed them, as the typically waiting time was stated at 1-2 days, and they replied saying they would contact the manufacturer and send me tracking information when available. A few days later, I received and email stating that my shoes had been returned, they were sorry they didn't meet my satisfaction, and that I would be refunded.
Surprised, I emailed them again, noting that I not only had never returned the shoes but had never received them in the first place. I wrote that I still very much wanted the shoes and was confused about what was going on. They replied, apologizing for the inconvenience, stating that I should repurchase the shoes and perhaps try using a different address.
At this point, I was annoyed. I knew there wasn't a problem with the mailing address because my other shoes from the same order had arrived fine. And while I would have begrudgingly just replaced my order, the shoes had since tripled in price. I wrote them again, making them aware of these facts and confessing my annoyance that they still had not explained what the actual problem with my order was and that they were suggesting I repurchase the shoes at triple the price, rather than simply sending them to me at the price I'd originally paid, especially as they were still selling them in my size online.
When they responded, they again apologized, said there was some sort of processing error and that the shoes I ordered were no longer available in my style or size (despite the fact that I seemed to still be able to purchase them online as though they were in stock). Rather than offerring to send me a new pair when in stock at the original price, they gave me a 20% discount to be used online. Unfortunately, even with this discount, the shoes I ordered and should have received will still cost more than twice what they did when I originally bought them, and since I don't believe in patronizing companies that force customers to pay for their errors, I do not think I will be shopping with them anymore.
order
I ordered a pair of shoes on October 28th. For a whole week I checked back on the site and my email to attempt to track the order and delivery since I needed the shoes for a conference. The shoes were never delivered and I never received an email. I finally called on November 10th and was informed that the shoes were not in stock! At what point was the company going to notify me of this? It's been 14 days and I have not heard from any one. She proceeds to say, I'll credit your charge card and again I apologize. I send an email to the company and they again apologize. It's ridiculous that there are not better computer-generated procedures in place to notify customers of this situation. As a person that wears a size 11 (some shoes 12) it is imperative to be made aware of surplus or lack of surplus. I feel as if they are just blowing me off.

Fraudulent actions
I received the add for Easy Life Furniture and saw the price of $399 for the table I've wanted. I went to the store and was told that in addition to the price I would have to pay a $90 delivery charge. I told them that I have a truck and will pick it up myself. I was told that I would have to go all the way to Buena Park if I wanted to pick it up myself. That is a great distance for me. Why is there a store in Victorville if you can't pick up furniture at that location. It seems to me that the price was not $399, it was $489. I told the salesman that I would just go purchase it elsewhere for $489, which I have done. Easylife lost my business because of this price scam and I'm posting this so others are aware.

Purchased a new pair of Naturalizer black sandals. Wore them once and they fell apart. Little black pieces of sandal all over the floor. Used to be a good brand but these are disappointing cheap. Can't return at this point.
Horrible man-made material plastic shoes that after you wear for an hour or two sweat because they have no give and are not able to breathe because they are not leather. Me and my feet throb and the next day they were numb. Pieces of junk. Never buy them again.
