Christmas gift
Right now, I have to give shoedazzle props on top of props. I don't know any company that I can purchase 6 pair of boots for about 17 dollars total. I really only shop around the holidays when everything is on sale because that is the only time I can afford to get new quality shoes and outfits. Shoedazzle definitely gave me a Christmas gift with this purchase. Then after the purchase they offer other discounts. I was able to get siriusxm free for 4 months because of my Shoedazzle purchase. I'll definitely enjoy that 4 months. I think part of their concept is that we'd rather see the shoes actually worn at a heavy discounted price versus letting them sit in a warehouse being useless. At least, that's how I like to think of it. In any case, I'd recommend them to anyone who asks.
Ok, so I ordered 2 more pair. I'm done now. The total for all 8 pair was 22.35. When they come in I will come back and update the review with unboxing pictures.

Shipment Lost
I ordered 4 pair of shoes, which the shipment company said was delivered 3-4 days later. I looked, checked with neighbors and more. I even waited to see if I seen someone walk-in around with my shoes on. Finally I gave them a call to inform them that I really didn't receive my shoes. They sent them out again, and this time I received my shoes. Even though 1 pair of the shoes I had to change the color. I'm so satisfied with the prompt response and making sure my order was fulfilled.

Everything arrived in great condition. I do wish the App was still useable instead of having to go to the website, when paying its a bit of a shock when you end up having to pay more than the original total price when the Canadian currency is factored in and it coming from the states instead of Ontario or wherever in Canada it used to ship from adds to a longer wait time?but very happy with the 2 pairs of Boots and sunglasses except one of the little "gems" has fallen out of the sunglasses when they arrived.

I've purchased 3 pairs of shoes, 2 belts and 5 pairs of bootsI get so many compliments. I mean, where else would you find pink boots with a silver ankle chain at such a reasonable price? I especially love the boots that are elastic in back because they hug my long thinner legs as opposed to other boots. Oh, and my pink boots? My dog spilled a full glass of chocolate milk on them before I had even worn them. I was devastated. Having nothing to lose, I washed them in the washing machine and the chocolate milk came out! I was elated. I'll be buying more.

I've belonged to Shoe Dazzle for approx 5 years. I have the cutest collection of shoes now in every color combination that i could ask for! Last winter l had to replace all my boots due to weight gain since my boots couldn't zip any longer. Shoe Dazzle has the most beautiful boots made for wide calves so l was able to wear beautiful boots which, like all their shoes, got me more compliments than l could count!
I would recommend Shoe Dazzle to every woman who loves shoes!

I'm not happy the pandemic happened but I'm great full for the things that have come out of it. Not being able to go shopping during the lockdown forced me to think of alternative ways to shop. Shoedazzke became my go tooo but I've continued to use them because it's so easy and the quality and uniqueness of the shoes are unbelievable. I can save my credits and literally go shopping without spending money. I get so many compliments on my shoes and I never worry about seeing people with my shoe on at a party or event. They have such a large inventory, so literally there is something for everyone.

I am new to this site but the prices are crazy good to the point I thought there has to be a catch? Hopefully that is not the case? So far so good! They came super quick...website super user friendly & as if the prices weren't good enough they have a great selection! I so far love it & as long as they fit true to size (I haven't tried any of them on yet) I will not be buying shoes anywhere else! BTW...I have already purchased 6 pair & I got 5 pair of boots & 1 pair of booties & I haven't really added it up but I know I didn't spend more than $150 for all 6! Shopping with Shoe Dazzle has been a pleasure. Have not been able to find thigh-high boots that would fit me for years. This company has many to choose from and I have bought 3 different pairs already. Only the Low-heel lace-up combat boot style but each pair fit fantastically. And all in different colors. Am a Rock and Roll musician Playing in a Dead cover band and these boots are just great for stage presence. Comfortable, I can wear them for hours. Have already had many compliments on them from fans, male and female. Think I'll be getting the high block heel style next. Love Shoe Dazzle. Thank you so much. Exactly what I was looking for
I love Shoedazzle! Decided to give it a try, but was unsure if it would work out for me. I wear a size 12 in shoes and shoe can't be too narrow. Always have trouble in stores finding my size. I'm also very picky with my clothes. Shoedazzle merchandise is very good quality everything I have bought have earned a five stars. One time I had to reach out to do a return and another time I called because package was broken and a pair of sunglasses were missing. Customer service was very kind and helpful.
I will continue with Shoedazzle. It's a way to pampered myself. I like to accumulate my credits and then go shopping. It's exciting to open boxes on a delivery day. Everything is very well packed and presented.

That's not cool if that's all you had in your back account. Now you have to wait that long for a refund why can't you get your money credit right back to you. This has been a pain in my side. Sometimes 5 days is not enough time to cancel.

I have been trying for a couple days in a row to skip the month by contacting customer support through facebook messenger and the live chat options on their website as the mobile format website doesnt have a link to "skip the month" and I couldnt find it on the desktop version either. I was able to skip the month for January after I spoke to customer service through messenger. Now that February is coming and you HAVE to skip before the 25th of January, I have been trying for a couple days and no help whatsoever. I have had no response to my messages or my post on their facebook page, and when i did live chat the automated messages just ended the conversation... I just want to cancel my membership now as they are so hard to deal with!

I've been a VIP member for many years and made many purchases. i have two issues, 1 is that I had to set a reminder the beginning of every monthy to make sure i SKIP THE MONTH and not get charged $39.95. which is an inconvienience in itself, however i over look that.. and 2; when i'm ready to place an order an automatic subscription to a magazine is added at of course no charge.. however, the magazine company will then bill me and i'm stuck with a magazine i don't want. I've removed the magazine from the cart in the past, HOWEVER, today i was in the process of finalizing my purchase and i tried to remove the magazine and the site froze. I tried this several times since yesterday. and each time the site freezes i have to log out.. so now i'm not going to make a purchase.. i find that including the magazine to the cart is an unprofessional way of putting the customer on the hook for a magazine they do not want.

I have been a member of Shoedazzle for over a year meaning I pay 39.95 a month for a membership. Anyways on my birthday 1/6/22 I gifted myself the satin party set I finally received my order today in time for my scheduled birthday dinner tomorrow only to find out the items where wrong(the party jacket was another pair of pants) I called customer service after finding out that the item I originally ordered is no longer available! The first person I spoke with tried to get me to exchange the extra pants for a jacket two sizes too large when I asked to speak to a manager I was hung up on. Skip forward calling back 5 more times and being hung up on I finally got to a manager who told me that I needed to process a return and get something else. I'm so upset because what I had in mind for my special night has been ruined and if I had the time in my busy life to shop at a mall I would have which also means I don't have the time to fix the things a company has completely messed up. I then decided to cancel my membership so now all the money I spent on credits has completely disappeared and my profile no longer has the money available on it that it once has. This business is so fraudulent thank you Shoedazzle for ruining my birthday all together!
I placed an order for two pairs of shoes on December 16,2021. I received a package before Christmas but it wasn't the shoes or the size I ordered. I was upset because it was supposed to be a Christmas present. I called and was told my refund couldn't happen because I had some sort of address hold on my account. He resolved that for me but told me I had to call back in 5 days for the refund. I'm very busy so I just got around to calling back. The lady, Jenny, said that she would only refund my purchase if I returned the items. I said that's fine but I don't have a printer and my work schedule would make it difficult for me to get to the post office. So I told her the only way is if she could mail me the return label. She refused and insisted this is the only way. I don't have a way to do that! This order was over $50, and she's sitting here making me jump through hoops when I'm not at fault. I didn't get this order wrong, shoedazzle did. I still have two credits with shoedazzle and I don't even want to shop here anymore. That's around $130 tied up in shoe dazzle that's of no use to me. What a waste. I'll never recommend shoedazzle to anyone and I will tell everyone exactly why and about what poor customer service they provide.
I purchased a pair of flat combat boots. When they arrived, they had sent me two left sides. I contacted them, and communication was fine. They told me to send my pair back to them, and they would replace them. I did exactly that. I sent them out only a couple of days later with the return label they sent me. Without any further communication, they cancelled the order and refunded me the money, but the boots are no longer available. I didn't want a refund, I wanted the boots I ordered and now I can't even get those. Not to mention, the boots I bought first were included in their $10 offer. Since the refund, the offer no longer works and everything is full price. I'm not frugal, I purchased a second pair of boots full price without issue, but I would much rather qualify for the first deal they promised at least once.

I have been trying to reach their "head dept " since march 2021...it is Dec 2021. They say my card has charge back from an old card my ex had (he said it was fraud when we broke up) but shoedazzle continues to charge me the monthly subscription price with my card on file. So I cannot order shoes but they can take money monthly. No one seems to know what to do but always referring to some head dept. Its almost a year and still nothing is resolved.
Checking out with my order, the site tells me they don't accept my card at this time (it's a prepaid). Fine, no big deal I can go to Amazon, right? 2 seconds later I get a confirmation from my card that ShoeDazzle has taken the money out. No confirmation from Shoedazzle for delivery, they rejected my card. Upon contacting them about the issue, as soon as I tell them the issue, I get no response.

When you don't hit skip the month, which I've tried to find over and over, spending over 3 hours total trying to find the elusive skip button, they take the 39.95 out of your bank account AND tell you what you can spend it on! REALLY?! But wait it gets worse; at checkout, you can not proceed until you check a box that makes you accept their "free gift" of so many issues of a magazine, for free then they will continue and you will be billed. IF YOU DON'T WANT THEM< YOU HAVE TO CANCEL, in order to cancel the magazines you must download and print a form, then fill it out, and mail it to the given address. THIS SEEMS LIKE MAFIA KINDA STUFF! You must take the free gift, then you wake up with a horse head in bed with you. I can not believe that is legal here in the US!?

I signed up for this company due to great promotional offers & savings. My only issue is the monthly vip fee. When you sign up for vip you receive exclusive offers and deals & personal stylist for 39.95 a month. I am aware of this so I request to be removed from VIP. Somehow my request is never successful and I am still charged. I have 3 accounts with this company using one debit card so I asked for my card to be removed to avoid any fees but they say they can only cancel they account. Several attempts to charge my debit card were made and when unsuccessful, they drafted from my bank account. Coincidentally, I paid my power bill and before my payment could be processed shoedazzle took its fee and this took me in to overdraft. I called shoedazzle and explained to the customer service live agent what had happened and the issues seemed to be resolved (as it always does) but I was still charged a $40 overdraft fee from my bank. So not only was I unknowingly charged but I'm $40 in feeS that I have to pay back to my bank out of my pocket. I expressed this to the live agent at shoe dazzle but she was only required to read a script rather than genuinely apologize or empathize with me. Each time I ask to be removed from the vip club they always ask that I stay and offer me a $10 store credit on my next purchase but could not offer me anything (deals, discount or free offer) for my inconveniences. They told me that there's nothing they can do about my overdraft fees because that is an issue with my bank. I'm really upset and I just want a less inconveniences with this company because I'm wasting both time and money.. Shoedazzles customer service's live agents are always nice so no complaints there. I'm sure that I will make another purchase with this company in the near future. A more cautious company. I'm writing this complaint so that customers and future customers could be cautious when ordering to avoid any mishaps.
Horrible company. I tried 6 different times to make an order but they kept getting cancelled every time. I contacted their customer support and they told me I needed to verify my account, which I did. Then I tried to make an order again and it was cancelled AGAIN. I had 7 credits so I contacted their customer support to cancel my membership and get my money back. The rep said I can only get my refund on 6 of the credits and get store credit for one of the credits. They only refunded me for 5. When I contacted their customer support they couldn't find my account and when they finally found it the gentleman said they would refund me for the other 2. But that's not what the first rep told me. 2 weeks went by and I didn't receive my refund for the last two credits. I contacted them again (3rd time) and they of course couldn't find my information. Funny enough that to charge me they don't have an issue finding my account. The lady said that because the credits were from so long ago they would have to write me a check that would take 4-6 weeks. I got the check yesterday and I was looking at my bank account and they charged me for an account that had been cancelled over 2 months ago. I called them and the lady said that my membership had not been cancelled and it took her about 15 minutes to find my account. She then had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to give shoedazzle a second chance. Which is a joke. Shoedazzle is a scam, I would never recommend it to anybody.
Shoedazzle is horrible on getting your orders to you that you paid for. A 2-3 day order turned in to 14 days. I'm livid! The tracking number is bogus! Fraud!

Worst customer service! They refused to cancel my membership and kept giving me other options, only after I insisted they cancel my membership did they finally cancel it. Once my membership was finally canceled, they canceled my order that I had paid few days prior, within an hour of canceling my membership. They need to advertise that you MUST have a membership to order from them. HORRIBLE place to order from. Don't recommend this business!

Ordered shoes, never received them, was advised to wait 3 days, called after the 3 days, was told will receive refund in 3 more days. Never received refund. Called and was told my refund was denied I could only receive store credit. Didn't receive the first pair of shoes, what's makes me confident that they will deliver the next pair? I am writing to file a complaint regarding shoe Dazzle. I have been trying for weeks to buy two pairs of boots from them but every time I was having an issue. The system kept cancelling my order. I finally called them to see why and they told me its because I have a different ship to address to the billing address. That to me made no since because I have had my account for years and I have made many orders to a different ship to and never had this issue. I took them a few days to get this resolved. I finally was able to order my boots but when I received the shoe size was big do to the fact that I order e wide calf. I did not know that was going to make a difference in the shoe size. I paid rapid shipping to receive the boots because I wanted them before Halloween. Now I need to exchange them and they will not have them shipped rapid so I am able to get my item on time do to the inconvenience the system gave me. If it was not for the system issue I would had order my boots soon and would had been able to see that the shoe size need to be changed. there customer service is awful. NO HELP AT ALL!

Don't sign up or give card info. I have had to call three different times to close my account all they kept doing was putting it "on pause". A pauses for three months but on the fourth month they're going to start charging you again . That's how they get you! You can't just call to cancel your account you have to verbally tell them to remove your card from your profile or it's going to charge you the $39.99. If all you say is that you want to cancel your account they will posit for three months and on that fourth month it will get you. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHES - low quality shoes/boots anyway! DO NOT DO IT!

I've ordered a shoe from ShoeDazzle at the end of 2018. Came in time, it was perfect, there was no problem with the product and I still use it. I lived in California, US for a few months, then I came home to Europe. I kept skipping the months because I had to continue my studies and couldn't afford buying anything from ShoeDazzle. Then the month came this year. I tried to open the website, and it said (and still says) Error 1020 - Access denied and "This website is using a security service to protect itself from online attacks." Probably this is because of geographical location, I don't really know. I tried to open the page on several devices, so there's no problem with my phone or mac. All I wanna do is cancel my membership because I can not buy a thing from you for some reason. I really really hope ShoeDazzle will see this because I need their help, the page is down for months ( at least for me) and I can't even have an e-mail or contact number to reach out to them... I've been reading several reviews that have been extremely critical of ShoeDazzle & I don't get it - is there more than one ShoeDazzle ? I've had only a good experience with the company / customer service / deliveries etc - the membership conditions are simple - call before the 5th of the month to skip if you can't find something you want - if you do , you're only charged the amount of the shoe list price - if it's less than 39.95 you're only charged that lesser price - eazy/peezy- I've also been a member of other online shoe memberships & had no problems- the conditions of the memberships are clearly stated & easy to understand- I've had no problems whatsoever- you just need to pay attention to what you sign up for & follow the conditions- it's not rocket science-I will continue to order from ShoeDazzle- good quality-great fits & I have no complaints with communication & customer service- just pay attention to what you sign up for - take time to read the membership requirements & if you don't understand it- don't join it - simple

From super excited to really disappointed
I was referred to shoe dazzle by a friend who is a member. She got me a pair of boots as a birthday gift from them years ago. I ordered 8 pairs in my first order & was really excited when they arrived early. Then I opened the boxes. Most the shoes were scuffed, dented &/or smashed & none of them were true to size. I'm a size 8 & every single pair was off on size. I contacted customer service & they gave me a really hard time & ultimately canceled my VIP membership. She told me to use the same mailing label with the same tracking number in both boxes (my shipment came in 2 separate boxes) I explained to her that USPS won't accept two boxes with the same label. They each need their own. She argued with me & wouldn't give me 2 labels so now I'm concerned only one will track & I won't be refunded. The whole experience was really crummy. A huge bummer as I have wanted to join VIP for a long time & when I am finally able it was a complete flop.
Growing Dissatisfaction the Longer I've had my Membership
I became a VIP member in 2014. I've ordered a lot of shoes through them. The shoes used to be more comfortable and look better (Over time they've changed the vegan leather boots to have fabric on the back, etc.), but I kept my account in hopes of using my remaining customer credits over time. I recently ordered some shoes for my girls for school. It used 2 credits plus I had to pay $20 additional dollars. The shoes were shipped on the 4th of August and said they were delivered on the 18th. I never received any of them. When I contacted the shipping company they told me I had to contact ShoeDazzle. When I contacted ShoeDazzle they told me that since the tracking said it was delivered that they would send me a 1 time courtesy reshipment of the ordered items. Then I was told that 2 of the 3 items were no longer in stock so I would have to take a customer credit. No surprise that they kept the $20 I had most recently paid and credited $55 of my previous customer credits back to my account. So I got to spend $20 for shoes I never received. I told them to close my account. Buyer beware: the way they break down the price of items and how you can use your credits you will always have to pay additional money in order to try and use the customer credits you already have. I'm eating the remaining 6 credits I have with them and will happily shop for shoes elsewhere. Wish I would have just closed it years ago when the quality was declining and accepted the wasted money then.

My 1st order i ordered 3 pairs of boots. When they finally arrived nearly ONE month later they sent me 1 pair in a box that was marked 6 but inside was 6.5. The other pair there was no zipper and no freaking way my foot fit into it even a little bit. Horribly product. I returned 2 out of 3 items and skipped the next month as i should have been receiving 1 store credit and one return for the proper size. The 2 pairs of boots didnt arribe for ONE month to shoedazzle. I used the store credit to purchase a "fur coat" and according to their size chart i was a L. I paid the difference of 18$. When it arrived ONE month later (skipped a month again) it was WAY too big. I submitted for a smaller size on Dec 6th 2022... i called today jan 18th 2023 and was told my return was recieved 14 days ago but they failed to A,) realize they didnt have my new size in stock... B) NOTIFY me... C.) Issue a store credit! If i hadnt called they would still be in freaking limbo! I asked for alll my money back only to be told that they could refund my CC of 18$ in 7-15 business days, id then have to wait for the credit to appear on my shoedazzle account in order to request a cheque be mailed out to me which could take 6 to EIGHT weeks to arrive. I asked to speak to a manager, the CSR put me on hold only to come back and repeat the same BS. I asked again and she put me on hold again and when she came back she literally passed the phone to her coworker who pretended to be a "supervisor" who told me the exact same verbage. I had enough of this comoany its total BS and product isnt worth it! I cancelled my subscription! Dont subscribe as its a total hassle to try and cancel as well, they will offer u a 20$ credit and trust me $20 isnt worth this headache. Their call centres are open 24/7 so its safe to assume the staff isnt in north america.

To make matters worse, I was charged $49.95 for not skipping the month. The boots themselves were priced at $34.95, but somehow I ended up paying an extra $4.95 out of pocket. And to add insult to injury, I was only given a credit of $33.00. It just didn't make sense to me.
To make matters even worse, I had to pay for the packaging to return the boots. I couldn't believe it! It was outrageous! I've had enough of this company. They've always been a rip off, and this charge was only because I forgot to skip the month. It's so hard to cancel my membership, and I can never get through to someone. I have to try to remember to cancel, but I'm definitely canceling once I get these small boots returned.

Yo, I gotta say, I was a big fan of Shoedazzle. They had some killer deals and discounts that really hooked me in. But then they went and messed things up with their new computer program. ShoeDazzle's shipping service has been a really bad experience for me. I ordered some boots with the order number #[protected] and it's been in pre-shipment for TEN whole days! I mean, come on, ShoeDazzle, what's taking so long? They say that their entire shipping process takes a maximum of fourteen days, but it's been ten days already and my boots are still not on their way to me.
I tried calling their help line once and also talked to someone in their live chat, but it was no help at all. The person in live chat actually lied to me and said that USPS had already picked up the package. But that's not true at all! ShoeDazzle has only created a shipping label for my boots and nothing else. I feel like they're just playing games with me and my order.
Honestly, this is my first time ordering from ShoeDazzle and it's probably going to be my last. I just want my boots, ShoeDazzle! If they're not shipped soon, I'm going to have to demand a refund. To make matters worse, when February 1st rolled around, my package still hadn't arrived and the delivery date had been changed yet again to Friday the 3rd. I couldn't help but wonder if the date would change again when the 3rd came around. This was starting to get really frustrating!
I had heard from a friend that the same thing had happened to her, but I decided to give Shoedazzle a chance anyway. Unfortunately, it seems like the odds were not in my favor. As I read through the complaints I noticed no one mentioned the fact that one the pricing of the shoes are inaccurate and two the shoes cost more being a VIP member. I have bought shoes from them previously without being a VIP member (This was also when they first opened) the shoes were the actual price and there are of good quality I still have and wear them. Last year I became a VIP member figuring I could save money. AS I have learned VIP members are excluded from the sales so VIP members are charged a slight discount, (if regular price is $100 Vip price is $72) so your credit of 39.95 will never cover the cost of a shoe, but if you aren't VIP the cost of the shoe will be around $32.00. Who runs a business in this manner? SCAMMERS DO! Also the quality of the shoes have went to a 0, the shoes I have gotten this year are not the greatest and the sizing is all kinds of wrong!

I am a VIP customer per Shoedazzle the company website gets tangled up with too many customer soon as the 5th of the month comes so you can't skip a month. Then when you attempt to use the credit it still want a payment deducted out of your account. Then they give vip one price on showroom when it gets to the cart it changes. Example mara wedge sneaker which shows $12.00 offer for vip but when get to checkout it changes to $42.95. The agent keep saying refresh it is a glitch but when you do it does not. Finally it does the refresh. The shoes are $12.00 but they still want $18.00 taken out of your bank account.
Refund/credit not received for items returned
10/24/2019- on chat, Chad was to EXCHANGE 3 pairs of boots for other size, they didn't have one pair in my size so he allowed me to select another pair for same price, he entered exchange orders incorrectly 3 times. I was charged for new boots, they received the original boots I sent back but I never received a refund/credit & they deleted my acct
I contacted my bank about the charge, the bank contacted Shoedazzle who showed them papers proving that I ordered/received the shoes. I tried to log in to my Shoedazzle account but they had deleted it. I was told that they closed it because I opened a complaint against them with the bank. I tried to explain that i was charged for items that should have been and even exchange. I even explained how their employee entered the exchange order incorrectly several times. While i was on chat with him, i kept going back to my account and I saw his mistakes. I kept telling him, "you entered it wrong. I don't want to be charged.' "no worries' he said. I was charged $69.04 for the second order, I returned/they received the boots I originally ordered but have yet to receive my refund for that charge. :/

I ordered the reckless Ankle Boot to take on a trip. Once, the shoe arrived it had 2 different sizes in the box. One was a size 8.5 and the other was a size 6. I called the company to exchange. The person on the phone act like he couldn't understand what I was telling him. He didn't even seem to be concerned or anything. He didn't even offer any type of discount or tried to keep me as a customer when I told him I will not be ordering anything for awhile or when I told him I was thinking about cancelling my membership.
